The location was great for my needs, upper tapovan, so some hills to climb. However made for proximity to great cafes and close to the waterfall road. There is a stream outside too that is wonderful! Nice to be a little tucked away. The room was very clean, creative, airy, bright, and overall nice. The hotel itself is small and a bit impersonal feeling.

I found my pillow had mold on it!...

I had such a nice time at this place. All the staff was so friendly and helpful and did all they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was afraid that the walk up the hill would be too much, but it turned out to be no problem at all. On the contrary it was very nice to be located up the hill and away from the busy main road. If you're into yoga there is a possibility of doing drop-in classes just across the street at EKAM journey - I went there almost every day. Tulsi cafe is also very close and the River Sound Restaurant across the street has lovely food at a good price. I felt very much at home here.

The staff was friendly, helpful and fulfilled any requests we made to them. The location was great: close to getting food, exploring in the area,hiking, restaurants close by as well as any yoga or any other health living related interests.

I was a little cold and would make sure I checked the location of my room in the building next time. I got more blankets but would have liked more sun in my room as it was January and having sunlight in my room would have helped.

Spacious and clean room with double balcony, one common and one private. We were happy to get a twin bunk bed for our kids along with a double bed in one room. Scenic surrounding with beautiful mountains all around. WiFi was not available from our room....when informed front desk they promptly installed a router in our room. Rooftop yoga area was nice, though there was no sessions possibly due to rains.

1) Location is quite a distance from main road and steep uphill. Luckily we had our car, else it would have been an uphill task with luggages. 2) No lift. Our room was in 3rd floor and without lift it was quite tiring everytime going up and down 3) No attached restaurant. There are 2 restaurant next door, who provide room service. One was not operational and the other did not serve good food. Neither of them open till 7am, so we had to travel 1/2km to the main road for morning tea

A lovely quiet location in a spacious room with a very comfortable bed and great views from a choice of two balconies. The bathroom was great and had a laundry trough for clothes washing. A little clothes line with pegs was on the balcony which made hanging easy. The shower was fantastic, as was the hot water. We can absolutely recommend Hill Hoppers for a peaceful and friendly stay. The sound of water from the waterfall creek was right next to our room and was lovely to listen to at night. Lots of cafes surround Hill Hoppers, and we loved the walks through Upper Tapovan taking in local sights. We'll be back :)

We were really happy with our stay and I cannot fault any aspect. We stayed for over one week which would have been long enough to find a problem if there was one to be found!

Best Hotel in Rishikesh out of 6 hotels I stayed here in last one month. Spacious, Clean and comfortable rooms. Exhilarating view from terrace and soothing water stream sound all the time. Always helping staff members. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

The staff are so lovely and the area is calm.

It is very high up the hill. If you don’t have a car or scooter, it will be very hard to get to the accommodation with your suitcase or backpack.

Difficult to reach as we need to hike more after travelling, apart from this everything was good.
