I absolutely love the setting when you come in for the first time in a long while. The music, lighting, and there is always someone there to greet you. Staff went beyond expectations. The food preparation, front desk, and room service were excellent. I am looking forward to my next trip to Delhi very soon and will definitely be staying at my home away from home. I haven't found anything I don't like about this place.

This is the second time I have stayed at LetsBunk Poshtel. The breakfast was even better this time - more choice and tasty jam perserves. I liked the mix of choices. Staff were wonderful, especially the new Front Desk member of Staff, "Ms Nur", with whom I had a very interesting conversation and who was very friendly and obliging about me leaving one of my bags at Reception while I went off and explored the city; and Mr Nayeem was as helpful as ever, especially when assisting me to direct my taxi to the hotel front door!

A very small thing: have all the toiletries in the room at check-in, so that the guest does not need to phone reception for them; and set a clothes/towel wall hook nearer the showering area...

An absolutely fantastic stay at LetsBunk. It was our first time in India, and quality of LetsBunk and the staff really helped acclimatise my family and make the experience enjoyable. The whole staffing team were friendly and welcoming, but in particular, Noor on reception was brilliant. The rooms were clean, spacious, had great aircon, and were tastefully decorated; relaxing places to come back to after a long day. The King Suite even had a TV with Netflix! The location was excellent - Haus Khas is an easy location to get transport to and is full of restaurants/bars, and LetsBunk is slightly set back from the main road you're close to the action but the rooms were quiet. There was nice free breakfast included with our rooms, served in a pleasant reception area. The rooftop was also lovely. I couldn't recommend LetsBunk more highly!

There is no elevator, which may be good to know for older guests. However, the helpful staff carried our bags up the stairs so that was no problem.

I liked the location, with lots of nice restaurants and bars around (the recommendations we got from the staff were great!). The staff was overall really helpful, helping us out with taxis and tips for where to go. The room was good and spacious, nice bathroom, and a good TV, basically all you could realistically ask for in a hotel room. Good room service as well. The food on offer is tasty, and the breakfast is great (for a westerner at least, there's pancakes and cereal so not really traditional Indian I think).

Somewhat poor flow in the drain for the shower. The beds were a little harder than I would have preferred. These are nitpicks though, there were no major dislikes for my part.

We had several stays in the hostel throughout our stay in India, and also had to extend our stay for another day without any problem - the staff is really nice and welcoming, and we had very nice chats with almost everyone. The breakfast is small but good, and the food in the café is also very nice throughout the day in case you miss the breakfast hours. The Queen room can be a bit small for 2 people, so look out for the bigger rooms if you need space. The rooftop terrace is beautiful (with occasional monkey visits, so clean up after eating!), and it is also just a short walk to the metro station through the park and gardens. The hostel is right next to restobars, cafés, shopping, and sightseeing as well. We also met many nice people from all over the world. It is not the cheapest option, but I would definitely recommend it and visit again!

Hostel is not barrier-free (which is nothing that bothered us, but I would not recommend it to my parents). If this is your first time in Delhi, getting used to the noise of the street dog gangs at night can be an issue. I personally would have loved better instant coffee provided in the room - which had unfortunately either been lying there for a while or just had melted into a brick due to the unfortunate February heat - better use the coffee drip bags ;)

Staff was very nice and helpful. They made our staying very pleasant. The rooms are confortable, clean, well distributed. The location is great. The hotel is in a gated neighbourhood, which makes it more safe, with many bars, art galleries restaurants, which is great. Just take into account that the streets are a bit narrow, ubers or taxis don't normally go till the very front of the place but wait for you a few blocks before, by the gate of the neighbourhood. That is like 4 or 5 blocks. However, if you really need to be picked up in front of the hotel, because of the bags or something, there is no problem because the staff helps you calling an uber and making sure the cab enters and picks you right in front. But, for daily displacements, when you don't carry your heavy bag, you can walk till the gate to get transportation. It is a close and even nice walk.

We stayed at Lets Bunk Poshtel Suites in Hauz Khas. The hotel has a fancy and cool "western hostel decoration". Breakfast was good with a small buffet and extra personalized options by request. The staff was friendly and the location in the Hauz Khas village, full of many cool restaurants and cafés, and just 10 minutes from the metro station by autorickshaw, makes it a perfect option, specially for those who have been to Delhi before, like us, and who are looking for a more local flavor. I think we had the best room on the 5th floor at the roof of the building. For us(50+), it was the perfect place, although for some people it can be a problem without a lift! Also it was perfect in the winter but I should not advise to stay there in the hot months, although the room has air conditioning and fan ceiling, it seems to be an "oven" since it is a metal-cement structural construction at there is no shade in the roof terrace. But in winter it was the perfect nest!

We loved Amit, he made us feel welcome from the get go. The kids really loved this hotel because they were entertained the whole time. Great vibes all round. Such a beautiful, clean set up and the food is great.

There is not really anything I didn't like. It was just tiring climbing all those steps as there is no elevator😊 But it kept us fit I suppose. Great place for younger travellers, I can see older travellers getting annoyed with climbing steps.

LetsBunk Poshtel is literally my home when I visit India - it's my "go-to" place before I start my journey. I've been staying here since 2018 and every time has not failed me. I am greeted by familiar friendly faces and the warmth I receive makes me want to keep coming back. Amit is absolutely the best at hosting, he just knows your needs even before you ask it. He's very approachable and will go above and beyond just for your comfort. I totally recommend any and everyone to stay here.

Super smooth check-in. Property Manager, Nayeem, was ever so helpful and accommodating. The place has a hip, traveller, yet classy feel to it. Nice ambient jazz music in the foyer / restaurant area; and 'green' views from the Rooftop Terrace. Very clean room, clean refridgerator and excellent ensuite bathroom. The best hot, power shower I have had in Delhi. Super comfy bed. Great shops, galleries, restaurants and bars all very close by, yet still quiet at night for a sound sleep. I really look forward to going back, and next time I will book a bigger room!

Room was smallish (without a desk/writing surface), but fine for one night, for one person.
