We absolutely loved the comfortable bed, hot shower and quiet room. The bed linen and towels were clean. There is a shop next to the hotel from the same owner and it has the most beautiful carpets , pashminas and artisan at very reasonable prices. We were attended to by Mr Akhtar Naqshbandi who was amazingly friendly and helpful both at the shop and the hotel. He even arranged our luggage to meet us at a pick up point across the city at night and personally accompanied it there to meet us! Such an exceptionally kind man. We would totally recommend this place and will definitely be back if we come to Delhi again.

The window was small with no view outside, and no mosquito net, so you couldn’t open it. There were mosquitoes in the bedroom. There were a pair of sandals and dirty socks in the bedroom when we arrived which had been overlooked by the cleaner. Leaking faucet in bathroom so very wet floor in the morning.

The people were very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. It’s about 10-15 minutes walk to a metro station which I used to get to and from the airport. Otherwise it was very easy to call Ubers nearby. Location was good for visiting the various sights in South Delhi. Not too far from Haus Khan Village.

Breakfast was basic: an omelette and instant coffee. The room was comparable to a 2 or 3 star hotel.

The room stayed I. upstairs was very clean, bright and AC worked just great. Bathroom was large with nice shower and towels. The B&B owner is very sweet and kind. The location is excellent. They take payment by credit card without hassle (unlike most hotels in Delhi).

The price is a little high for what you get. Breakfast options not great, bread omelette or Parantha. I had to plead for juice and eggs like it was a crazy ask. Definitely didn’t encourage me to stay for dinner or lunch. The little man was a little agressive at times, thinking we were leaving without paying - when we never would have done so and I found it offensive that he thought we would.

It was quite homely and warm. The location was great and so were the safety aspects of things. All in all, a good pick for travellers.

The service phone wasn’t working, neither were the television plugs. So you had to go out and communicate it to the people. Although they were sweet and always available. The cost was slightly high compared to the offerings.

The location is excellent - close to Hauz Khas, accessible by auto and public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable and easy to live in. I felt safe and in good hands.

Nothing really - for the price it's really top notch.

The service was superb. Specially the manager was so helpful and polite. He always went out of the way to support us. It was so helpful that there was a driver/ Cab in the property itself. The location was so convenient. Walking or 50/- fee in an autorickshaw to the closest Metro station. Very decent neighborhood. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and other service points. You can take a morning stroll to Hauz Kaze Village cafes, pubs, momentums and Deer Park. Much greenery compared to other areas in Delhi. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Three things you shouldn't miss during your stay, here are, the bread omelet for Belfast, Biriyani at next door Kareems and a coffee at the coffee shop 2 blocks away (its so serene and decorated with nice plants and ornaments). A good place to explore the places in South Delhi mentioned in Chethan Bagat's books. Dont miss at least one visit to Hauz Khaz Social. Its unique.

Don't get deceived by the first impression. The place/ entrance looks small. And you might feel not valued for money. I also felt same intially. But I extended my stay twice from 3 night s to 7 nights.

The hosts Astar and Taj were very kind and even helped me book my next destination when I was having trouble with the booking. The location is great. Right near Green Park, Haus Khas, the Sri Aurobindo market and the monuments. Great area to walk around in. Bathroom was new and clean.

The price is on the high side but that’s Delhi.

Break fast is nice here. We were a very fan of the omelet with chai in the morning. The service is very kind and attentive.

The hotel is clean, comfy and has all you need to take care of yourself well. Breakfast was good too. The staff are all wonderful, hospitable and always have a smile on their faces. The owners are super friendly, kind, warm and personally go out of their way to help you. I left feeling like a family member rather than a guest. I'm 100% going to be back one day.
