One of the most clean property we've ever stayed in. The room, linen, washroom everything was sparkling clean and spotless. Rooms are well lit and well furnished. Bathroom and washroom were very clean and water pressure in spouts was fantastic (owner has installed a pressure system to ensure that all rooms get good pressure in case of full occupancy) Location - For someone having a personal/rented vehicle the location is fantastic and just 2.5KM from a relatively calm and clean Benaulim Beach As property doesn't have a fully operating kitchen the breakfast is getting ordered and served, sometime it's cold and taste is dependent on the restaurant delivering it Special accolades to the owner Mr.Lucio - who's pretty much there to address any of your concerns and solve them with ease for you, he's a great conversationalist and will make you feel welcomed. Since we were on a very long road trip, I wanted to wash my car, Mr Lucio arranged the water hose and helped me washing my car during late hours. Overall a fantastic experience and hence we ended up extending our stay from to 4 nights.

Breakfast could be improved

Experience has been Exceptionally Wonderful. Mentioning in words wouldn't be enough. Level of comfort and care Owner gives is remarkable. This is one of the most clean property I have ever visited. Also everything is handled by the owner, hence even minute possible things are very well handled with care. Owner's Attitude is very positive who will make you feel as if you have come to a place which is as safe and comfortable as Home. Not just staff being helpful but also caring and they make sure customer is given sufficient attention and affection. Staying here made my Goa Trip most memorable Conclusion ========= Location : Nice Food Quality : Very Good Staff : Amazing Cleanliness : Perfect Room Size : Exact as per pictures, sufficient natural light, peaceful location, quite much greenery around.

Great ambiance. very quiet and clean. Lucio and the staff were excellent. nothing was too much trouble. breakfast was huge and tasty. rooms were so quiet and peaceful. all the facilities were excellent. new and clean. The only feedback is the Treebo central communication is annoying and incorrect but the hotel communication from Lucio was excellent.

Treebo head office communication is annoying and wrong and they don’t reply to messages. hotel communication was good from Lucio.

The ambience was awesome. The rooms were neat and clean. 5stars for the bathroom alone. Very nice experience. Hotel staff was very friendly and the owner Lucio was very helpful and suggested us some good restaurants and nearby places. Ample amount of space for parking and it has a gated compound so no worries if you are coming in your own vehicle. Breakfast was amazing. It's located very near to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning for Benaulim, its value for money.

located in a peaceful side road in middle of greenery. It’s a new construction so you can imagine everything (eg appliances )works perfectly. Clean , tidy spacious room and bathroom. Owner is a soft spoken Goan gentleman, who tries his best to help you along the way whenever you need. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a calm place away from hustle n bustle :)

The Property is located hardly 2.5 km from benaulim beach.We reached at the place around 4 am and the check in process was really smooth. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The hotel staff and owner Mr. Lucio are really good polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and fullfilling.The location is quite peacfull and beautiful. I will definitely recommend this place for our next tour in south goa

This might be a 3* hotel - but the service they are offering is not less than 5*! Never had such a good service in a hotel around the world before! Rooms are spaceous, clean and new. Beds are perfect, location is quiet but everything is nearby. I'd definitely come back.

Everything about this hotel is topnotch. It's the best hotel I stayed during my visit to India. I'll highly recommend it.

You might want to consider hiring a car as location not close to transport hubs. However, they do offer a cycle to go around the town. Plus you can ask staff to call you a taxi or autoshaw.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The owner is really helpful and caring.

Hospitality was really great (especially from Mr. Lucio). Very cooperative team. Cleaning was exceptional. Arrangements for taxi rental bike/scooty/car were well managed by them. Really loved it☺️

Need to add dinner, likewise breakfast. Door bells would be there.
