Staff is super friendly. Owner maitains the property himself which is why it ensured quality. Breakfast is not elaborate, but its managed pretty well.

PROBABLY THE ONLY THING THAT WAS ANNOYING WAS THE CONSTANT SOUND OF THE AC WATER DRIPPING ON THE TIN SHEET THAT WAS COVERING THE GENERATOR. SINCE THIS WAS RIGHT OUT OF THE WINDOW, THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD IGNORE EVEN WHEN I TRIED HARD. Oh yeah just one more thing.... during breakfast, i really had to insist for a 2nd cup of Tea. The cold look from the staff upon asking it was unreasonable.

Great staff, very comfortable room. I like how you can order food online and eat it at the hotel with their plates and cutlery, so it feels like a restaurant. Lovely facilities. Highly recommended.

Poor communication before arriving. I have an international number so they couldn't contact me apparently. And I couldn't call them, horrible phone system for the generic Treebo Hotels team. My reservation was actually cancelled by the system but still confirmed on booking.com. Thankfully Lucio was very understanding and there was a room still available. And this particular Treebo was really good when I arrived. Also located a bit far from the beach. We really enjoyed the bike ride with free cycles provided. But for some people the 10-15 bike ride may be undesirable. But we also enjoyed being in a quiet area, just helpful to know.

Spacious big room and washroom.. comfortable bed big balcony... extremely clean property.. My biggest plus was the tv had firstick connection with all major apps connected, which I have never seen in biggest of hotels that I have stayed so far. Very close to beach that's a plus. The owner of the property is very kind and always helping and you can strike a good conversation. I had booked for single Occupancy and changed my mind for family but later I landed up riding solo to goa from bangalore and he made all efforts to get the extra cost removed. That was a great gesture. Overall one of the best stay in south goa I can say and affordable price and Spacious living. Great job!!!

One of the most clean property we've ever stayed in. The room, linen, washroom everything was sparkling clean and spotless. Rooms are well lit and well furnished. Bathroom and washroom were very clean and water pressure in spouts was fantastic (owner has installed a pressure system to ensure that all rooms get good pressure in case of full occupancy) Location - For someone having a personal/rented vehicle the location is fantastic and just 2.5KM from a relatively calm and clean Benaulim Beach As property doesn't have a fully operating kitchen the breakfast is getting ordered and served, sometime it's cold and taste is dependent on the restaurant delivering it Special accolades to the owner Mr.Lucio - who's pretty much there to address any of your concerns and solve them with ease for you, he's a great conversationalist and will make you feel welcomed. Since we were on a very long road trip, I wanted to wash my car, Mr Lucio arranged the water hose and helped me washing my car during late hours. Overall a fantastic experience and hence we ended up extending our stay from to 4 nights.

Clean quiet property with nice roof terrace. Good breakfast service. Host was very helpful and always did above and beyond to help his customers.

Location okay but it is a bit of a walk to Benaulim beach road and a bit hair raising with the Goa traffic. You kinda needed to go to the Benaulim centre to find busy bars and restaurants although the nearby coconut cafe was excellent.

Excellent breakfast and very good facilities. Excellent manager who made the stay feel homely; he gave excellent advice on how to plan the day in South Goa.

You have to take a bike given by Treebo or a 15 min walk to visit the Colva/ Benaulim beach or nearby town. So the hotel is a bit isolated.

The Treebo Majestic Palms is spotless . It's a new build and still in perfect condition. Fantastic shower with lots of hot water . Very friendly and helpful staff. It is a little distance from the beach, but they have bikes and scooters to hire. There is also a man that lives next door that drives a tuk tuk, so never a problem getting around .

It’s a beautiful place, big spacious rooms, clean bathroom & staffs are very humble. Manager Lucio was very helpful & much appreciated his hospitality. Sufficient breakfast was server & it was delicious. We would love to book this property again

This hotel was great. Really affordable, great big room and the team was super helpful. The free bicycles were a great help and it was fantastic to ride around the area on the bicycle. For trips further afield I was able to rent a scooter and that was arranged through the hotel and was affordable too.

Hotel caters to basic needs. Its not a fancy place, use it to stay a night or two in transit. Couple of good restaurants about 10 mins walk away.
