Perfect stay, just what I had hoped for. Very basic rooms: bed, fan and private baathroom. Ideal location near the heart of Colva, but in a rather quiet side road. Due to the 24h reception and camera surveilance the place felt very safe. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant next door is famous among locals and tourists and serves delicious food.

Moskitos can easily get inside. Needed to use an additional moskito coil at night in addition to the provided plug heated liquid. The combination worked very well.

The owner Vincent is a gentleman. He remembered me from my visit in 2018, and spent time with me during my stay in 2023.

The price i expected to pay via booking.com option, pay at property, did not conform. I was charged an extra amount and when I questioned the duty manager, I was told that the extra amount is to pay the commission charged by booking.com. Baffling??

The property was close to the beach like 600m..10 mins walking distance and price was really affordable and the staff were very friendly that after check out we asked to avail a washroom so that we can clean up ourselves coz we were back from the beach and the boy allowed us to use a room for 1 & half an hour without charging anything...we really thankful to him..we are looking forward to stay here again.

Everything was brilliant and I wish I can stay there a bit longer.

Perfect location walking distance from the beach. The staff were so friendly & helpful when we needed help with taxis. The cottage was roomy and clean with hot water and it was lovely to sit on the patio in the evening. An added bonus was a clothes rack so we were able to do some washing while on the move. Would highly recommend staying here!

The location was perfect if you're looking for a comfortable and luxury stay, the management and staff were very friendly and helpful, they provided accomodation for traveling from Airport, also they arranged vehicles for the local travel. The best part about the stay was their attached restaurant, which served one of the best North Indian Foods of Goa (Both Veg/Non-Veg)

This cottage is is just 500mts from the colva beach and you have some good restaurants near by in walk able distance and so many shops to buy beach wear and dresses

We had booked four rooms and one room was not ready when we reached there and also the bed spread was not clean in one room.. Could have ensured cleaniless.. Also they don't have tea or coffee served as room service.. But there is a restaurant in the same compound

basic room, but did what was needed. Pet friendly, which was what I was most concerned about. my boy LOVED it and made friends with the local doggies 😊

Staff was amazing, polite & helpful ! A great deal in such a good price... Neat and clean!! They have a restaurant as well which serves delicious food. Do not expect proper hygiene and great service but it still it was manageable and very near to Cola Beach :)

Awesome experience thanks alot to the staff and hotel management. best experience i had i wanted revisit and highly recommend for all staying in such cool beautiful cottages.

location is very good and near to beach. deluxe room on first floor ,was clean and big. bathroom was clean and nice. room AC was good .restaurant food was very good.

no drinking water and no tea kettle was in room.
