The hotel is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere of relaxation. The staff was super kind, constantly trying to help (for example: last night we had a problem with the time of the taxi we booked for the trip to the airport and one of the hotel staff members helped us, called the company and solved the problem). In addition, we received recommendations from the staff for restaurants, shopping areas and tourist sites worth visiting. The hotel's location is excellent, 5-10 minutes walk from the Acropolis, 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street and the restaurant center, and also 5 minutes walk from the Parliament and the National Gardens. The breakfasts were one of the best (if not the best) we had in Europe. Bottom line: I highly recommend this hotel. For my part, its score should be 10/10.

Breakfast was excellent with so many options and a nice view. All the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I use the gym alot and found it clean and adequate enough to get a good workout in. It was a short walk beside the park to all the attractions, shopping, restaurants. Good safe location. Overall I would stay there again as the price I paid was well worth coming back too!

The room really could use a lamp on the desk. There was no place out to put computer or other things and I had to do some work and there was no light to see what I was doing after 5pm. This needs attention to. I would warm up the room a bit if they included a throw rug at the foot of the bed just to get the room a bit more warmth to its look when entering. Lastly, there were no wash cloths. Only hand and body towels.

Insufficient drawers in the room. Rooms appear to be very good as a first impression. Then you realize that the ergonomics are all wrong. The dressing table is full of “extras” and “facilities” making it totally impractical as a dressing table. The towel rail in the bathroom cannot hold two bath towels. There is nowhere to hang your hand towels. There is a huge, totally impractical chair which serves no purpose. A smaller upright chair and a small table for the “complimentary “ items would clear the dressing table. The safe is not fixed to anything and is therefore useless. The safe is on the lowest shelf and you have to get on your hands and knees to operate it. Very difficult when you are elderly. Add more shelves and drawers please.

Luxurious interior details, modern, brand new boutique hotel, very chic! Bill, the PR & Communication manager is really outstanding, his professionalism & great service made my stay breathtaking. Thank you Bill! The rooms are wonderful, the designs & premium quality is totally obvious. The Breakfast is very tasty with premium selection and quality. The hotel location is nice just 900 m walk to the Syntagma Square surround by a huge green park.

The hotel is located in an angle of several cross road intersection which makes the surrounding very noisy. The outdoor Jacuzzi is cold and must be heated.

Great location 5 m walk to Acropolis, there is a Tram every 10m to syntagma just at the corner. The deluxe room is good but more of a double room, we requested an upgrade, and we were given a junior suite with a view to Acropolis. Breakfast is 10 out of 10, everything is freshly done, there is a great variety of hot and cold food, freshly made pies and cakes and the view is amazing. It was a great deal, very good price for such service. Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. I would definitely come back 👌💖

I would suggest to put an extra chair in the room. There is only one. And some drawers....that's it really

The hotel is well positioned, although not in the most central area. Metro station is very close, and the Acropolis and most touristic attractions easy to reach on foot. We got upgraded to a bigger room, which was perfect. The room was comfortable, spacious and very clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary refreshments that were provided. Staff has been very kind and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was very good but it lacked some variety of options such as lactose-free or gluten free.

This hotel offers a wonderful view and is within walking distance of the Acropolis and nearby parks. The location is very convenient, as you can take the metro from the airport to Syntagma and either walk for about 18 minutes or take a short taxi ride. The rooms are modern, well-furnished, and very comfortable. Breakfast on the 6th floor was excellent, with a beautiful view of the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Athens!

the hotel is located at a busy intersection, and motorcycles can be noisy at night. If you have trouble sleeping and prefer a quieter place, you will have to consider this. Otherwise, it’s a great stay for those who want to be in the heart of Athens.

The food was very good at the restaurant, the breakfast and room service. The room was clean and had everything in the mini bar (which was free) and bathroom. The staff were very helpfull

The bathroom was divided in two, the shower and the sink in one part (without a door!) And the toillete in a small room smaller than a public toillete so when you get up you would hit your head to the door, we are small-medium size, so for someone who is large it would be impossible to enter and close the door. No balcony, very hot at night, a very little window that would open only 25% The TV had only greek TV, the internet used explorer and didn't work, the smart function didn't work so we could't conect to netflix, amazon, hbo, anything. We asked for help and they said they would fix it, but...they didn't

It’s brandnew hotel with everything new inside. The noise isolation of windows is perfect, although the hotel is overlooking a busy road. Breakfast on the rooftop is amazing. A room with marble floor and marble bathrooms looks stunning. Location is just 5min walk from the entrance to Acropolis territory

Although windows have a good noise cancellation, but the doors are not. I was waking up from somebody opening the door of his room, thinking it was my door 😂 also the noise and smell of canteen cooking breakfast was waking me up 😂

Amazing experience in this recent property (opened 2024!) ideally located a few minutes from main attractions by foot (Acropolis, Panathenaic Stadium, National Botanical Garden) Staff was really nice and available, provided great recommendations for dinner and activities Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choice and the view of the Acropolis and Parthenon adds a nice touch to the morning experience Room comfortable and like new, perfectly clean! Bedding was great and apparently you can choose your pillows from a selection ! Parking availability was a decisive factor in choosing this hotel even though it’s fairly close to bus and tram stops (10 minutes to Syntagma)

The location is ideal but unfortunately 2 major roads cross in front of it, traffic noise is light inside the room but still noticeable at night. While it's a great product overall, there were a few small details that stood out, like the cut marks and lines on the bathroom marble, or plugged holes in the marble, which were a bit disappointing compared to the quality of the room.
