Stuff was excellent, super polite!!! Hotel location is superb Conference rooms are excellent!!!

The bathroom is very old, not enough power sockets in the room, and no mirror (only in the bathroom) Breakfast was nothing special

They should have provided tea and coffee facilities in the room

Perfect hotel location in the middle of the humming city centre. The large "old school" rooms are perfect for a city trip visit and a magnificent dining area is definitely a big plus for this hotel. Staff was very helpful and always friendly.

The diner & breakfast served is good, but could be just a bid better as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I also would strongly suggest a different music playlist, but that just a personal taste I guess.

Love the location, love the facilities and the ambience of the hotel. Most of the staff was a very nice and accommodating to us and was greatly appreciated.

The only problem I had with the hotel was a major problem though, and that is the bed. I kept falling in between the two twin mattresses, and only when I was checking out, found out that I needed to ask to have them connected together. I personally feel that that is a question and be asked upfront and then if it’s made up in a king size fashion, then it should only be asked if they need to be separated Not attached together.

Wonderful breakfast, incredible view, beautiful building. It is absolutely stunning to be in the upstairs restaurant looking up at the Acropolis. We were surprised and delighted that our two rooms were adjacent with an internal connecting door. Hotel felt very safe and clean.

Some basics were missing in the rooms, such as sufficient space to unpack (we had a large armoire, but no empty shelves or drawers), outlets near the bed. One of out two rooms wasn't what we expected- we thought we were getting three proper and separate twin beds, but instead the room had a king bed made of two twins and a portable cot. Lots of street noise even with closed windows.

A proper coffee machine at breakfast would be fantastic . As the brewed coffee was like warm water

Location - 5 - 15 minutes walk to Acropolis, Plaka and neighboring historic sites, Spacious room,Patio, view of both the Parthenon and the other sites. Breakfast was quite a good spread.

Room 602 The room was big and beautiful but lacking on the functional side. The bathroom has glass on one side - during the day you could not see inside which afforded the privacy while having a view from the tub. BUT at night when you turned the lights on, you could clearly see inside the bathroom from the outside!!! Navigating the switches inside the room was like being in an escape room - it took a while to figure out which switch turned off what light!!! The staff seemed disinterested and just about polite. I don't know if we are spoiled by American customer service standards or did I sense a hint of racism? They seemed to respond better to Caucasian customers. The housekeeping staff were the only ones who greeted us with a smile. The rest of the staff needs to do better.

The hotel decor is beautiful and the location is very convenient for walking to Acropolis and to the metro.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ample and covered all tastes. Our family room had robes and slippers provided for each of us. The location was perfect and all main attractions were easily accessible from the hotel. The roof terrace bar and restaurant were a delight and the view of the Accropolis lit up at night was spectacular.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in our room which we were surprised at. There was no full length mirror which would have been useful and also for a family room there could have been more hangers included in the vast wardrobe space. These additions would have made our room perfect.
