Everything was good and even great except of the abundance of the electric kettle in the room. The location was perfect -near the big commercial street Kurfürstendamm with a lot of shops and a big supermarket nearby. All the transportation is very close -a matter of a few minutes walk. The staff doing their job great, always very helpful. Very clean place with everyday cleaning anda and a simple but cosy design (like 1950-1960-s).Comfy bed. Good value for the money in an expensive city like Berlin.

There was no electric kettle in the room in spite of the promise from the hotel side that it will be. I asked before my travel if I should bring the heating device with me ,but got an answer -they will provide me a kettle. Which didn't happened. To enjoy a hot drink in the evening could be nice(in the morning hours it was possible to get hot water from the kitchen).

-zone (comfortable and calm) -position(very near to the bus stop 109 which brings you Charlottenburg sta. or Zoologischer garten sta. that you can take an express train to the airport. And you can reach to the main shopping street and good currywrust stand which open till 3 o’clock in the midnight in a few steps!) -design (simple but sophisticated) -gentle staffs (you can do check-in after 15:00 and till that you can ask them to leave your baggage.) -price. When I arrived at that zone I doubted my self if I can really stay there for that price.

Just 2 things… -the position of plug to charge my phone. I wanted it near my head when I laid on the bed but it was on my foot. Anyway I changed the position of my pillow so there’s no problem! -the power of hair dryer. I wish it had more wind power ;)

The hotel is located not far from the famous Kurfürstendamm street, just a 12-minute walk from the S-Bahn station "Savignyplatz." The journey from the central train station takes about 15 minutes by S-Bahn. The room was clean and cozy, featuring a large and exceptionally comfortable bed. What I liked the most was the breakfast. First and foremost, the coffee, freshly brewed by a barista using an Italian coffee machine, was outstanding. The homemade bakery products and the wide variety of freshly prepared dishes, rather than store-bought items, made the experience even more delightful. In addition, the price-to-quality ratio was excellent!

However, I wasn’t a big fan of the hotel’s interior, which had a somewhat 60s-70s style and very high ceilings. Additionally, the shower area was only separated from the rest of the bathroom by a curtain.

Great quiet location in Charlottenburg. Room looked over the courtyard which was nice. The immediate area and street is lovely. Lots of nice cafes and bakeries in the area and it's quite an affluent area of Berlin so feels very safe. Good room and bathroom size. Quirky design, which I really liked. Very clean and nice bedding. Very friendly and hospitable staff. I felt like it was very good value for 2 nights in Berlin, but it does feel quite out of the city centre. It's a 10 minute walk to the S-Bahn and I think 5-10 to the U-Bahn. There's a nice looking Asian restaurant at the front of the hotel which seems very popular but didn't try it.

A little tired in terms of decor, but very clean and tidy. Bathroom is a little awkward- it's an open shower next to the toilet with a net curtain, so things do get a quite wet, but dried off well. No kettle in room. Fridge is available but switched off for environmental reasons and you have to request for it to be turned on. No air conditioning in the room that I can see, but there were so many different switches in the room (loads!) I couldn't work it out- they're a little confusing.

Small room, but equipped with essentials.Very close to the bus stop,and 10min walk to the Sbahn.The street is famous shopping area, many coffee shops and restaurants around,as well Rewe and Lidl.We had breakfast in the hotel,it was usual continental breakfast,nice cappuccino.The person working in the breakfast room was very nice and helpful. When we arrived the receptionist had inappropriate comment, as person on that position is not fine to have comments like that. Luckily it didn't spoil my holiday and hotel stay. Breakfast is overpriced 20€/per person. Overall I do recommend the hotel.

Had the pleasure of staying here again, this time in a 2-person room. Very spacious and had al the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Location is great, walkable to a lot of places but also metro, bus and more are close by. Got breakfast, incl this time, and wow! Great amount of choice, in types of bread, yogurts, fresh honey, warm dishes, and drinks. The staff made my stay once again great! Super sweet and always helpful. Can't wait to go to berlin again, just so I can stay here again. (Pictures were made before leaving. that's why the bed is that way and the bathroom)

This hotel offers good value for the price. While it's somewhat distant from the city center and major tourist hubs, it is reasonably accessible. The main train station is about an hour's walk away, but there’s a smaller train station (S-Line) just 10 minutes away and a metro station (U Line) 15 minutes away. The hotel itself is an older building but maintains a pleasant appearance. On the brighter side, breakfast was quite enjoyable, with a wide selection of snacks and the thoughtful touch of serving an entire pot of coffee. Greate place for new year eve, as it far from main loud zones of the city.

However, there are a few drawbacks. The wooden windows and insufficient heating made the room feel a bit chilly at night. Additionally, the shower water was warm but not hot when used around 10 a.m.

Staff were wonderful, room had a modern flare. Beds were comfortable and lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Hotel breakfast had alot of great and healthy options. We were only in town one day but enjoyed our short visit.

There was a fridge in the room but it could not be plugged in. We were told management were trying to save on energy??? The bathroom was small & when showering water sprayed out from under curtain. Very impractical. Minor points.

Room nice. Bath as well as shower - roomy bathroom and bath itself was an absolutely unexpected and luxurious item. We did not eat at hotel. The travel connections were excellent.

Pillows could have been more supportive - no real 'body' to them, which given I need good neck support due to a disc condition was not helpful. This was the only issue.

Clean, very cozy, quiet, great amenities, close to many public transport options (including a night bus going directly to the airport), restaurants, caffes & more. Lidl is 5 minutes away from the hotel too! Definitely recommend!

Nitpicking a bit, but the fridge was turned off for sustainability reasons (which is great!), so keep in mind if you need to store anything important, let the recepcion know right away!
