Very comfortable apartment, reasonable location close to supermarkets and a 5 minute walk to buses. The gym was good, and access to laundry facilities was good, but I didn't have any coins.

The wifi in the room was not good enough to have zoom meetings without frequent "freezing". The kitchen didn't have all essentials, like a chopping board, and even though I was told the cleaning staff would bring one to my room the next day, it never arrived and I never pursued it further. The TV also had no internet connectivity, so Netflix and other options like chromecast available on the remote were not an option. But everything else was really good.

Comfortable, central, and excellent service! We stayed at Adagio Kurfürstendamm Apart Hotel during our trip to Berlin and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable and ideal for a longer stay. Since it’s an apart hotel, it was a big advantage to be able to cook whatever we wanted — the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances. Cleanliness and location were also great, with easy access to many places in the city. What really made our stay special, however, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We would like to sincerely thank Hossein and Catherina in particular — both were extremely helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented. They made us feel truly welcome and their support made our stay even more enjoyable. If we visit Berlin again, we would definitely choose this place once more. Thank you, Adagio team!

We had a great experience here. The room was modern and comfortable with a nice little kitchen. For Berlin, this is very good value. We parked the car for free about 1km away which was great. Its quiet and a good location for getting to great cafes and interesting attractions. Excellent reception staff and great facilities. I highly recommend this place and likely this whole chain. It was my first experience with it and I would seek it out again in different cities.

Its quite a small space so we put up the murphy bed sometimes and had to clean the floor underneath. This is an easy fix and they should assume that people may want to do that because otherwise you really have nowhere to sit and eat a meal. There was a lack of chairs and table to eat, but we made it work with a desk once we had space. Perhaps stools for the counter would be a solution. I would stay here again for sure.

Unexpectedly cold, pillows are too thin, some small things were missing or too used and old (like an opener for bottles, or a dishwashing brush, rags or dusters for a floor, a doormat, a shoe spoon, etc..). Thanks staff they gave an electronic heater right away, but thats not the level of so big apart hotel. Should be more serious heating in rooms - this hood instead of central heating doesn’t work at all.

The apartment was fantastic, clean, and the addition of a small kitchen area is amazing and makes a stay so much easier. The staff were great and willing to help in any way possible, and the whole atmosphere of the place made for a comfortable and restful stay. Location was perfect, with Savignyplatz station a short walk away, and also great shops and places to eat all within walking distance too. The price was quite a bit cheaper than a lot of places I was looking at when finding a place to stay, but this was not a reflection on the quality of the accommodation in any way. Such great value for such great accommodation! I would highly recommend staying here.

Property is spacious and well located. The fridge is full size, makes it easier for longer stays, especially with children. Has a bathtub, which is awesome for kids. Also lots of closet space, making it easier to have a more comfortable stay. Staff is very friendly and elevators are quick

We reserved the room for 3 people, and the sofa bed was only single size. A double size costs nothing, would have been nice, especially since the sofa bed is a 4cm mattress on top of the sofa. Other Adagios have a larger sofa bed, this would be nice next time.

The receptionists are very friendly, and the room is excellent with a well-equipped kitchen and ample facilities. The location is conveniently close to the station. The children really enjoyed playing table tennis and football on the ground floor.

We requested room cleaning on the third day, but the receptionist informed us that no cleaning service was available. While they politely provided us with extra toilet paper and trash bags, when we approached the cleaner for help with disposing of our rubbish, we were directed to do it ourselves in a small room. Additionally, when we asked for clean towels in English, our request was ignored, so we had to take the towels ourselves and inquire where to dispose of the dirty ones. The cleaner did not respond to our question. Furthermore, the air conditioning was not functioning, and when we reported it to reception, they gave us a fan. However, the room remained uncomfortably hot.

Convenient to various public transport routes, this quiet hotel offers beautifully designed rooms and provides everything you would need for self-catering. Staff were friendly and helpful and there are good common facilities, such as table tennis and a gym.

Everything was great, but here are a few suggestions: - for people arriving late at night, it would be great if the receptionist could be paged directly from outside - it would be nice if there was a tall stool at the breakfast bar in the room

Outstanding staff - competent, professional and exceptionally friendly, going out of their way to accommodate guests. Room was very clean with comfortable beds and the kitchenette fully equipped with everything necessary to have breakfast and cold supper in the hotel. I also appreciate that my room faced a quiet inner courtyard and that I was able to open windows partially. Having a laundry mate in the hotel was also a big plus for a longer stay.

The apartment is very functional. Although it is not very big, the space is very well structured. It's very clever how they fit in the kitchenette in the room with everything we need to cook some meals. It even has a small washing machine! I was positively surprised. There was a very big window with a relaxing view to the backyard, and everything was clean and tidy. The bedroom also has a big TV and a sound equipment to hear the radio or music from a usb pen. The gym is great, and the breakfast couldn't be any better. The food was delicious and there were enough options, and the place where we take the breakfast is also super cozy and modern. The location is also good with a Lidl supermarket right in front, and subway at just 10 minutes walking. But Berlin is a big city, so everything seems a bit far away when travelling in public transport.

The only thing that's missing is very simple to resolve - the apartment should have 2 high kitchen stools / chairs, so we could eat in the kitchenette.
