The location is very central. Apartment is large, sitting room is good, bedrooms are both very comfortable. Bathrooms also good with excellent shower. Kitchen was well equipped, although we did eat out every night. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning which was delicious - fresh croissants and bread. Fridge was stocked with orange juice, jams, butter.

Renovations are being done to another apartment in the building which does have an impact on light in the apartment due to the scaffolding. However we were informed of this by our host and it didn’t bother us.

The property was walking distance to restaurants, shops and heritage sites. It was a very convenient location just minutes walk to a tram stop.. The property was comfortable, clean and spacious for our family of four. We enjoyed the fresh baguette and croissants delivered every morning to us as well as the milk, juice, jams and fresh french butter they provided. Our visit to Bordeaux was memorable and our stay in this property made it even more special because of the comfort. It felt like home especially that we spent the Christmas and New Year holidays there. Florence was awesome. She welcomed us warmly and was efficient, helpful and pleasant. She cares about the guests and made sure we had everything we needed.

We were 2 couples catching up and enjoying a break in the city. The apartment was easy to find, and well appointed with things we might need should we want to eat-in. Quiet building, the 2 sets of double glazing meant street noise was virtually eliminated. Breakfast provided was an added bonus. The winning feature in selecting this apartment for us was it offered 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite, ideal for 2 couples. The easy city-centre access was perfect too; everything an easy walk, plenty to see and do nearby. The towels were beautifully thick and fluffy, apartment clean and well cared for, beds extremely comfortable and climate control, although not required the week we were there, if it were a hot week, would certainly be appreciated.

We quickly agreed the only improvement we could suggest would be to change the sofa in the lounge. It is very firm, and at the end of a day on your feet, not exactly a relaxing place to sit for 3 people plus 1 on the small side chair. As the dining table chairs are hard plastic, they too were not exactly a comfortable alternative to pull up. It all looks good, but functionality and comfort are also important consideration for guests.

Great location in the city centre. Warm bread and croissants delivered at 8am every morning were lovely. All the essentials in the kitchen food wise. Comfy beds. Would highly recommend.

Got locked out of the apartment on the first day because the the neighbouring guests locked a door that should be left open - this caused unnecessary anxiety for 45 mins trying to get the staff to understand and attend.

It was nice to receive a croissant and baguette delivered to our door in the morning. This was an excellent location for visiting Bordeaux for the first time.

The lighting was very low inside the main room of the unit. There was construction on the outside and the scaffolding was blocking some of the external light.

The kitchen was very small without much counter space. As well there is a problem with dishwasher---someone needs to check on whether it is properly installed----or missing a bracket to keep it in place. Dishes almost fell out.

Really spacious, 2 en-suites off the 2 large double bedrooms and plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the breakfast that arrived at the door each day. The location could not be better, even though you could sometimes hear the tram. Walking distance to everywhere and so many fantastic shops and restaurants amongst the stunning architecture. Had never been to Bordeaux and will definitely be back. Thank you for the best stay!

Provided in the fridge are jam, butter, milk, juice plus daily delivery with bread. Room is large and centrally located within historical area. Hotel let us check in early when available, contact with them before check in is quite responsive. Double wall protect us from street noise.

Wonderful and spacious apartment in the middle of Bordeaux. Big, comfy beds and linen with clean and well designed bathroom / ensuite. Breakfast goods delivered daily was divine and fridge stocked with jam, butter, milk and juice. Double windows blocked out the sound of the tram right outside. Highly recommend!

this is super great apartment! the best that we've ever rented in France so far. It exceeded our expectations. and it was firs apartment where there was no this feeling that host is trying to save on you: there was good quality soap, breakfast included, bed sheets and towels were white and clean.

everything was perfect. Though wifi didn't work during our stay but it wasn't a biggie.
