Friendly staff and good breakfast option included. Pet friendly is a big plus

Stayed twice in the same week. First room was very clean and well maintained. Second room the rugs were stained and coming up in an area. Milk was left in the fridge and the fridged leaked and didn’t get very cold. First room was great and for that reason we would return.

Very good and clean the breakfast was fantastic, I have recommended to the people to visit comfort inn Gatineau once they are in trip in Ottawa Gatineau. By my self I will be there on July for one week

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was great too, everything we needed was there. There was a TV, a fridge and a microwave in case we needed it. The continental breakfast was great too, there was someone for help just in case, the staff overall was nice and helpful.

The bed was good but not great. The pillows were decent too. The price is a bit high, but everything is more expensive than it was so not a big deal.

Great complimentary breakfast provided. Large rooms with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Pet friendly is greatly appreciated.

1st room was very clean. Second room later in the week had more wear and tear, carpet was stained but everything was fine.

Breakfast was really nice, good variety of items. Front desk staff was amazing and helpful.

Found the bed to be a bit on the harder side and whenever you moved, the bed would squeak. Found that a bit annoying.

Breakfast was good and even though we came down late to the cafeteria, there was still plenty to eat. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nothing important to pick on. The hole experience was as I was expecting.

Adult son has Autism and was very anxious. One way he calms himself is by searching the web on his pc at home. He sat in the libby for a couple of hours on that pc and no one bothered him and were polite and helpful. Breakfast room staff and front desk clerk who checked us in were warm and friendly, helpful a d accommodating, patient, professional and kind. Also they were patient with our very poor French.

Sheets were clean, beds were comfortable, but floor, microwave and fridge were dirty and two small mayo packets left from a previous guest were in the back of the fridge. Kind of gross. But I dont fault the housekeeping staff. You usually dont give them enough time, enough pay or a proper vacuum to properly clean a room thoroughly.

Attractive rooms, easy parking. Good breakfast. Bathroom was excellent. Towels shampoo etc. well supplied.

Seating in breakfast room was tight, possibly difficult for some.

Nice options for breakfast. Having sliding doors leading to outside made taking my dog for a walk easy. The rooms themselves are quite soundproof, although it can be a bit noisy if neighbouring guests are sitting in the chairs outside their rooms.

Wanted a main floor room but nothing was available. The stairs were somewhat difficult as I have sore knees. But I understand that I should have requested it in advance.
