The location is excellent! It is right above the Falls in Fallsview. It is next to the Skylon Tower, Casino, and Starbucks. You can get to the falls in 10 minutes and from the street can see the American falls and sometimes the fireworks. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very nice. Having tea, coffee and hot water available near the reception is a real plus.

The bathroom needs a bit repair but nothing that got in the way os usage. Getting rid of an old chair with a torn cover would also make things look more taken care of in the room but overall very satisfied. The room smelled fresh and it was nice to have a balcony.

Lovely hotel, really excellent location, only a few minutes walk down the hill to the Niagara Falls. You can fall asleep to the sound of the mighty falls, you are that close. Easy to find, plenty of free parking. Large, clean room with comfortable bed. Coffee maker in room, but also free, ready made coffee available in reception. Daily housekeeping with clean towels and topped up toiletries, coffee bags, etc. Reasonable number of options for breakfast, from OJ, coffee, cereal, toast, muffins, scrambled eggs and make them yourself waffles. Not top quality (avoid the sausages!) but all enjoyable, especially the waffles, of which we ate many. We would happily stay here again.

We were surprised the receptionist did not mention the 10pm free firework display at the falls. We only found out about them by accident, as we were walking back to the hotel when they started. Great coffee, but a choice of tea (not just orange tea), would be nice. The option of bacon and better quality sausages would also improve breakfast. But these are personal preferences.

I am so sorry I did not catch her name but there was a blonde staff member who was always going above for customers. We went to have a coffee and needed milk and she went to got us milk right away and then said oh wait let me make some fresh coffee and that was what she did. She always had a smile and said hello. Also the kitchen staff at breakfast were wonderful always cleaning and greeting people in the morning. I also witnessed on my last day the kitchen staff helping a group of people with the waffle maker. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I feel there could have been more of a selection for breakfast such as bacon and fruits maybe some fried potatoes.

Its location was great. We could just walk to the falls. There were also restaurants nearby. Parking was on site and free. Due to our chosen room type, we were given the 3rd floor and there weren’t lifts. It was a long trip for us and so was difficult to lug our heavy luggage up and down the stairs. The room was big and clean. However lighting was a challenge. There was a luggage stand but poor lighting. I had to drag it out to the open area. There was also a balcony where we could hang our laundry. Breakfast was good and had variety.. we didn’t use the pool.

The stairs. Next time I would ask for a ground floor room or one at the other building with higher floor and with lifts.

The room is oversized, clean and you control your own in room AC. Plenty of bed pillows and bathroom items. Parking is adequate with some spots underground. Staff is very friendly especially the housekeepers! Received an upgraded room which over looked the falls which was a lovely surprise! Breakfast was okay…scrambled eggs, sausage links, bread, English muffins with toasters available along with a selection of jams, peanut butter and butter. Make your own waffles, juice , coffee and tea along with cereals and milk.

Maybe cheese on the breakfast menu otherwise all was good.

Excellent location. Everything is nearby - 500 m to the waterfall on foot, across the road to the casino, 100 m to Skylon, there is free parking on the territory, ordinary breakfast. Coffee and tea 24/7 in the office building. My room was large on the second floor, there is a coffee machine, TV, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, but for now we use the heating, late spring, cool outside. There is an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi in the building. We had a great rest. The hotel is built in two buildings connected by a covered passage. Clean, cozy and this is the closest hotel to the waterfall, a few minutes walk. For all the times that we have been to Niagara, this hotel is the best in all respects. Visitors love it - many visitors, it is busy.

I like the location of the hotel. Conveniently quick walk to the falls of the main attraction strip. Free parking was a plus to. ( IT SEEMS LIKE THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR ALL CARS). Hard wood floor in room( but it could use a good moping)

The room was outdated and extremely dusty. Vent in bathroom was full of dust, pealing paint on celling in bathroom, bathroom sink glass bowl vanity extremely low and tile on counter sharp when getting down to toilet got scratch several times. There was a weird looking chandelier on the chain hanging in front of windows. It personally looked out of place. It was too big and not necessarily needed as it was not giving any amount of light.

The room was large two queen size bed room .The bed was so great especially since i drove all morning to get here .Air con was perfect as well .Location was almost perfect but our view was not the falls side. Yet is was a small walk to the falls from hotel. This is the second time in a row of renting a room in this hotel and the next time we will book it here as well .One more thing the free breakfast was very nice .

Noise from next door but we barely heard it except for the clerk demanding he turn it down..

We stayed in room 705... the Superior King Room. Amazing wood floors and very clean. This was the top floor at the Hotel. The view was facing the Hilton and the OLG Stage where we went to a concert that night to see Bret Michaels (from the rock band Poison). Best place to see concerts! Over night staff was super nice to chat with, as well as the long haired guy in the morning. BUT OMG... the breakfast was totally amazing! The scrambled eggs, sausage links, toast, cereal, Tea and juice was superb! The bed was huge and comfortable. And for those with Rogers Cable TV... then the TV remote will be easy to operate. (I work for Rogers) Parking was easy to get to and WOW FREE!!! The breakfast room was very clean and super BIG with lot's of seating. We sat in front of the only TV at the round table and watched CP24. My girlfriend is from Toronto and I'm from Oshawa. We always try to stay at Hotels within walking distance to the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino.

What am I to put here that we didn't like...? NOTHING was wrong with this place. I give a 10 out of 10! Bonus for myself was the FREE parking and the amazing breakfast! Maybe I should add that I'm coming back for the Burton Cummings concert on Nov 8th 2024 and wanted to rebook room 705... but seems I'm too late. (unless someone can pull some strings for me)

The location you cannot beat. It is the very best location. It is right above the falls, near a Starbuck's and a tourist attraction the Skylon. And of course across from the new casino which at this time had a food truck festival. The food court is good as well and stays open late. The room is good ( comfortable bed and nice balcony ) but the cooling system was very loud and not very strong. Having breakfast with the stay and free parking is a bonus for the price. The staff are friendly and that is why we have stayed there for yeara.

The place needs a bit of fixing - last year we noticed that the wall near the outer stairs leading up the tiles have fallen off and were the same this year. Also the stairwell wasn't clean when we got there and was the same when we left. The eggs at breakfast are watery but the rest of the breakfast was great.
