Brand new rooms. Food is good, fresh with a lot of choices. The staff is helpful and they are putting a lot of effort to have everything in the place(cleaning tables, preparing food/drinks ...). The animation team is great(kids are very happy with the kids corner), well organized, each day they prepare almost a full day of different activities by the pool.

Should extend Wifi coverage and stability. Signal can be very weak in some parts of the day.

Nasko, the front desk manager was outstanding. He greeted us daily with a smile and checked to see If we were happy or needed anything. He is a gem to this hotel. Wish every hotel came with a Nasko. The rooms are beautifully renovated and spacious and kept clean. I read a review that the black out curtains were not making the room dark enough but we did not have that problem. The food is various and each Dinner has a theme, the ladies picking dishes are super nice, same goes for the bartenders at the three bars. (one bar is near the dinner area, second is near the pool - only place serving drinks in single use plastic, and third is inside). The animation team rocks, they had activities for the kids almost all day long, and after 21h it there was something planned for the adults as well, I loved the movie quiz night. There are plenty of elevators and our view was stunning. They are pretty sustainable with bigger, cruelty free body wash and shampoo bottles.

Something that needs attention is the free wi-fi is not password protected, which opens up guest and probably the hotel to hacking and data leaks. The hotel can create a sing in page with customer last name/room number. This is slightly nit-picky but but the amenity kit was missing - no cotton rouds/swabs and etc. This is not a dislike but a recommendation, the pool also needs to be renovated or at least restored as its missing a bunch of decorative tiles here and there.

We returned to this hotel for the second time, and after renovation it was everything we expected. Obviously there's always room for improvements, but overall it's great value for the money.

There's no lock mechanism on the balcony door handles, so our 2 year old could easily open the door by himself. Had to barricade the door with the table...

Sometimes too crowded at the canteen; The drinks; No hotel parking(they assist you in finding a parking spot at the nearest parking for 20leva/day); Long waiting time for the elevator.

Very good hotel,good staff and good food.We loved everything.

It is a 4 starts hotel, very comfortable, near the beach, near the walking street with the main activities during the night, but because it is not on the front line it is more quiet and intimate. The activities team it is great! Big like for them. The food it is good, with a good diversity and quality. The rooms are great, nice and comfortable. We stayed manly at the pool, no problem to find sun-beds.

I couldn't say I didn't like something about my stay at the hotel but I think there are some things that could be improved: -at the reception desk maybe the staff can give more details about the facilities of the hotel: were is the hotel beach, were are the restaurants (i discovered there are 2resto, one with tematic dishes), the wellness centre, the bars... an option could be a flayer with all this info in the room. - at the pool, some times there is a bad smell coming out of the garbage cans of the other 2 hotels that are in front or from the sewage line that it is near the sun-beads - in the rooms, I think there could be a little more attention at the bathroom cleaning. I stayed 5 nights, the WC and the sink wasn't clean during these days.

Everything was great: the room was beautiful, the bathroom was big, the overall interior of the hotel was beautifully renovated (you can still smell the scent of "new") , the service was great (everyone was smiling, which is an exception for Balkan countries), the food was good, there was some enterntainement. Even if it's not on the actual beach, it does have a private beach area! The sand and water are great. Overall an amazing find.

Minor minor things: the toilet seat was kinda worn down needs changing; as the hotel is on the second line (but it does have a private beach!!) the access to beach is a passage way next to the dumpsters of the neighbouring hotel, quite narrow and a bit gross - I'm not sure if they ca do anything about that. You can also take a longer route on the other side of the neighbouring hotel. On the beach, people "reserve" their loungers from the first hours of the morning - so you need to reach the beach before 11 to catch a seat.

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The towels were changed daily, the double bed was made out of 2 beds next to each other but they were comfortable and the room was maintained. The food was very delicious and diverse each day, plus a good variety of drinks, ice cream and snacks. The restaurant area is big and it has 2 parts(check the snack area). The staff were friendly, the hotel and outside swimming pool were clean and modern. I really appreciate that there was a private beach with free sun beds (few hundred meters away). Overall it was a pleasure to stay here and relax. I do recomand it

Most of the hotel is renovated and it looks very modern, but the indoor pool and jacuzzi were not yet refurbished and it looked really old and not functional(the jacuzzi). You don’t really want to go there, trust me! In the room the toilet was leaking a bit and because the towel holder was glued on the wall it fell down after 2 days( but it was glued back the next day).

After receiving an inferior and low quality room, and some arguing about this with the staff/manager, we received the room we actually booked. Very diversified food options.

Overcrowded during main dining times. Pool area and the pool are too small for the hotel size. Poor and paid private parking. Scratched car while being parked in front of the hotel. Poor communication of the staff. Low quality of the finishing/renovation. Food poisoning in the last day of our stay.

It was great from the start. The check in was fast. The room was great and cleaned every day. There were meals at all times so we could schedule the time at the beach easily.
