Location was amazing. Lovely staff. Delicious food. Tidy room and hotel area.

No snack after 10pm, no alcohol after 12am, no music, sometimes at day time we have to go and ask to play music at pool area. We were 9 persons with kids and for us hotel was too quite. Mexican style restaurant was disgusting. Hotel doctor is old russian style doctor, for child with lungs infection she give prescription with 7 medications. Bed was bad quality, pillows was nightmare. For 7 nights for 3p i paid 1800e, just before arrival i rebooked for 1300e, if i need to pay 1800e i will be very unsatisfying for value for money. We will back to sunny beach but to Evrika hotel.

Alcoholic Drinks are a bit weak

The room was spacious, pretty modern and well equipped ( blow dryer, decent size tv, functioning AC), clean, with a nice poolside view & balcony. Very little noise coming in. I would just recommend replacing the shower curtain with a plexiglass, which is more effective in preventing water from splashing out and more hygienic. Nice swimming pool, with a good size for both adults and kids section too. Additionally, also the 4 water slides were fine but with some limitations in terms of availability ( just a couple hours in morning and afternoon) and access (min. height 1.30 m) for the kids and the highest one required 1.50 m Food & drinks: Considering the resort has to cater for over 600 rooms when it gets close to being full and also the fact that it is an all inclusive, the overall quality is ok, from breakfast to snacks by poolside, bars drinks and dinner buffet. 3 restaurants also offer dinner with a selected menu, we tried the Mexican and Asian, the setting is ok but the food is definitely far from being authentic, yet still an ok alternative to the standard buffet. Beach proximity and free access was great and a real plus in such location, same as the waterfront promenade reaching the center of Sunny Beach about 1.5km away. Staff: in general quite friendly, helpful and approachable, although I noticed that some more in depth training could be used in the restaurants just 1 example is the clearing and resetting tables when busy...some table remained dirty for periods over 15 min with seagulls feasting on leftovers) , bars and customer service overall.

Nothing major really, just some smaller details here and there. Ex: no need to have all these Wet Floors signs scattered in public areas! They make the place look cheap, these are only for when someone is mopping and/or in case of spillage... Gather the kids games ( arcade) in a dedicated point near the kids club rather than by the entrance of block A of the resort, gave a bit of a messy impression. Food and drinks could be with some more variety & rotation ex: snacks, maybe think of a theme night for some of the dinner buffets. There is a astro turf pitch for football or tennis but seems like no much is done with it.

The club is amazing and affordable, principally if you get the premium stay. Loads of food and drinks, amenities. The beer station in the beach is amazing

I think there's too much rules and schedules, the best slider only runs 2 hours per day, breakfast is a bit short and cocktails are normally weak.

The room was nice, and the bed was comfy. The food had diversity and was tasty. There were always fresh fruits, which was great. The host at the main restaurant was so nice, smiling and greeting everyone, and it really added a good vibe to the place! We liked the themed restaurants, especially Toscana and Hinode. Everything was very clean and the cleaning staff is doing great job while being very nice.

My room was near a door on the corridor, which did not stay open and made the most awful noise every time someone opened it. For this matter, it was quite difficult to get some rest as the corridor was busy.

Hotel on the beach front. Dedicated sunloungers and parasol for evrika customers so always somewhere to sit on the beach. Poolside snack bar great for the kids as they could have as much pizza and chips as they wanted.

No wifi in room. Water slides only open for part of the day. Height restrictions too severe for type of slide. My 11 year old could only go on one slide.

All was very good at the hotel in Bulgarian standarts. When you compare with the money you pay, it is excellent. The pools and the aqua park were quite enough. The parking is free. Easy to reach every where. The food was not excellent but it was also ok. Snack bar is doing very good. Recommended for the families with the kids.

The service on the restaurant was very slow. I mean, the cleaning of the tables. You can find a table to eat on, but you should wait for the waitress so long or you can clean by yourself. Also the end of the breakfast time was different. Even though the service for the cleaning was very slow, they were very fast to collect every food when they see the time "10:00am" to close the breakfast. Hurry up to have the breakfast. But don't worry, the late breakfast in snack bar is also ok.

Everything was more than I expected, the hotel area is huge and clean, friendly people all around from the front gate guards who escorted us to the parking spaces to the reception staff and everyone else (cleaning staff, entertaining staff and kitchen staff). We communicated in English without any issues, most staff spoke it and they were very kind. The room was very spacious and clean; every day the used towels were replaced (as per bathroom instructions), floor cleaned and bed sheets folded, nothing to complain about. Be aware that the balcony door does not have a mosquito net and you will get little "visitors" (we always carry a mosquito repellent device). Food was good and decently varied (the hot food has variations) with fresh pasta, pizza, omelette every day. Cold food, fruit and desert counters are always full. You don`t want to have lunch in the restaurant? Go to the Snack bar for pizza, burgers and pasta. The pool was great, with the build in aqua park, 2 depths for both kids and adults to relax in, since kids will stay in the smaller pool. Cleaned every day. Yes, it closes at 6 PM but the private beach is 3 min walk from the hotel pool, just cross the street from the hotel; we were at the pool during the day and at the beach after. Drinks are OK, nothing fancy, but plenty due to the many bars the hotel has.

Excellent resort and great value for the money. We enjoyed everything: the room was spatious, very clean, located in building A, quiet and We also had natural shadow from the trees. There were plenty of types of food to choose from, and they changed most of the foods every day, so one couldn't get bored or say that they didn't have what to choose. On the contrary, I wish I could have eaten again some dishes, but they didn't provide them a second time during our stay. The staff in the restaurant were very fast in cleaning the tables and refilling the food trays. Of course, during peak hours, it was quite busy and noisy, but if you go at the beginning of the meal time, the atmosphere is pleasant The pools are great, and the aquapark is a great attraction..having 2 slides open at a time is enough, because, otherwise, there would be a danger of accidents in the "landing"area The animation team are very nice and friendly and willing to attract the tourists in all sorts of activities. The bars and the snack bar were also great. There were always different snacks, fruits, sandwiches and drinks to choose from + their delicious icecream. All the staff were very kind and friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend it to anyone
