The room was exactly like the photos. The decor was beautiful, the bed and bathtub were bigger than expected, and the mini was complimentary. It was great if youre just staying there the night before your flight.

It was quite a far walk from the train station, so if you plan to go into the city itll be like a 15 walk. Also the hallways were sketchy looking. It was dimmly lit, lingering smell of cigarettes, and the carpet had such a weird design. It was a little off putting, but the quality of the room surpasses any issues with the hallways.

Its proximity to the airport was comforting and less worrisome.

Maybe I missed reading the information about their bus shuttle schedules from their website. It was a surprise to later hear that the bus morning schedule runs up until 9:00am. This is then follow by the evening schedule which starts from 5pm. The limousine service is then made available during those hours at higher rate. This inconveniences travelers between 9am and 4:30pm. In addition, it would be good to have an ATM machine. None existed when I asked for one to allow me withdraw.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the nice room decor and excellent use of space. Despite the small size, the room was well-structured and comfortable. Conveniently located next to my room was a coffee station and a fridge stocked with soft drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. I only stayed for one night and had an early flight, with the airport just 10 minutes away. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making my short stay hassle-free.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about my experience.

did its job, sleeping a couple of hours before heading on early morning flight, nice comfy room and bed, great shower, wonderful electricity socket right above the bed, enough parking space; New design of the rooms is pretty cool.

Parking access blocked, not great when you are on a schedule and only have a few hours of sleep. Staff was very flexible to help out quickly though. Check)out at 5 am could be more flexible. Having nervous people lining up for checkout at 5, afraid to miss shuttles or flights is not great.

Great staff, very comfortable bed, and the AC worked very well in room! Nice bathroom with plentiful hot water in the shower! Only a 5 minute drive from the airport. Very good front desk staff and airport shuttle. Shuttle was perfectly leaving on time, and got us to the airport quickly early in the morning. Good restaurant downstairs, just next to the check-in area.

That there was no good communication as I asked se real times about a shuttle for Sunday evening and always received a note back that said that you had well received my demand. And then when arrived at Brussels Airport and waiting for an hour we took a taxi. We couldn’t call as we have a North American phone so everything is by email. So no good communication.

omg i love it room was luxe and we really enjoyed the night and was all in drink cola tea coffee and bath was the best thing we could have in room me and my boyfriend we had nice time in the bath 😍 and you got also free drinks in bar i really enjoy the night and for sure i will come back for more days because 1 night not enough for this hotel

I stayed in room 3005. The room was very spacious, plenty of daylight and an amazing bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and amazing rain shower. In the room there was a mini fridge - contents complimentary and a safe.

in the room there were 3 mirrors and they were all coated with a yellowish tint. This made it slightly difficult to put on makeup. Also what I noticed the sheet on the bed was stained - it was clean, but obviously the stains didn't wash out.

Staff were lovely and beds were comfortable

Constant spam messages via booking.com were frustrating - some of which looked pretty legit/could lead to people’s card details being compromised. Also, it should be possible to definitively book twin room at point of booking (got twin in end … but would have been nice to know this at time of booking as hotel keep it open-ended)

Very convenient for the work purpose that we had to attend. The course was organized in the lobby of the hotel so we just had to descend. What’s more, we also had an update for our room, which is always nice. The hotels in this chain are always so beautifully decorated and have a particular, warm ambiance that’s so special.
