Only needed one night as next day early flight. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly.

1/ on the booking site it was mentioned that a taxi to the airport would be 15 Euro. In the morning I asked reception to call me a taxi and to the taxi drive I said - so this is 15 Euro right. He says - no, this hotel always makes this mistake. I start at 15 and depending on driving time you pay more - with a maximum of 20. 2/ the TV channel choices are very limited - luckily I have Netflix which they offer but more tv channels would be more customer friendly.

Proximity to the airport. It's also about 12 min walk from the Diegem train station. So it's a quick ride to the city center. Comfortable beds, clean room with everything you'd need for a few days' stay. Simple, friendly hotel and staff.

There is no shuttle to the airport, but 15 euro flat fee is a good compromise. Coffee station was refilled with the bare minimum number of coffee pods; we always had to ask for extra.

Unlike most hotels in the surrounding areas, this one stays open past 10pm a huge plus! The check in process was smooth, and the staff's warm, humorous attitude was especially welcome after a long workday. The bedroom was cozy, and all facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The fridge at the entrance had a somewhat small selection of snacks and drinks - not a major issue, but worth noting for those who might want more variety.

I absolutely recommend the Thon hotel, where I stayed for more than 3 weeks coz of house renovation. Very friendly and efficient staff who arranged early check. Close to the airport and the public bus route 272 from the airport stopped 400 metres from the hotel. Bus stop we learnt was Diegem Kennedy and you had to tell the bus driver that. I had a fall in the shower and the hotel managed the situation a very helpful and caring way. We stayed again on our return to Brussels to fly out. First question on return was to check how I had recovered from the fall. Wow.

This was my second time visiting Brussels and the second time staying at Thon. Once again, I was really satisfied by their offering overall, including the staff who were eager to help, the delicious breakfast and the close proximity to the companies (750m from my client). Highly recommend for business travelling at least!

My colleague and I were locked out of another hotel, but luckily we found the number of this one and the reception kindly accepted our reservation at almost 1 am. Room, bed, bathroom: everything was clean and comfortable. The bus station is 3/4 minutes from the hotel and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport.

Breakfast is very expensive.

The breakfast was really good and there were a variety of items. I was really happy that it started at 7 and that was really convenient for us. Also, the bed was comfortable and it was clean.

The receptionist was really rude. When we arrived we wanted to take a look at the breakfast area. We had brought sandwiches with us and we were looking for a table inside to eat. But she followed us and told us in a harsh and bold tone that we were not allowed there.

The hotel room had everything I needed and was quiet at night, considering that the room temperature was not optimal. Breakfast was good and staff were really friendly. Parking next to the hotel was a bit expensive (20 euro for a night) in hindsight.

The property was really amazing with clean rooms. The staff was really good and very supportive. I stayed for 3 weeks and didn't feel like I was away from home. Thank you Thon
