The rooms were immaculate and very fresh and new - seems to have been recently renovated. The rooms offered everything we could need and were extremely spacious. I felt right at home immediately and didn't want for anything. The area the room was in (considering how close you are to a tavern and the road) was so quiet and relaxing!

Sadly the restaurant attached to the tavern and accommodation (which we usually love attending when in the area) was closed as the kitchen was being renovated. We understand this needs to happen but sadly this wasn't communicated to us before booking and we were very disappointed on arrival to find it closed while looking forward to dinner on arrival!

was a perfect location for where we were going. the room was really nice and clean and beds were super comfortable.

The lady that checked me in said we could only get into our rooms after 2pm. i had told her that i already emailed and asked if we could go in any earlier and whoever emailed me back said we could go into our rooms at 12:30 but the lady at the reception told us otherwise. i would say there was some miss communication. when we got to our rooms we had just opened the door (as the lady gave us the key even though apparently the room wasn’t ready) but it was and we had asked the cleaner if it was okay to go in and she said it was fine. but other than all that the stay was great

Quite a good stay! There's a load of food venues right on the doorstep of the tavern, even more so than Joondalup. Very good staff, quite friendly and accommodating, the owner/manager and staff such genuine people who were all welcoming. Housekeeping easy to get along with too! Owner/manager made sure I got all items before travelling on. Very cold beer perfectly served, right amount of head in a generous glass (almost seemed bigger than a schooner but maybe it was the heat frying my head). I ordered a light and not a single drop of bitterness to be found! Top rate hospitality, genuine personalities.

Nothing could have been better. The location was superb, a better pick than neigbouring Joondalup. No negatives, really enjoyed my time here. Like I said, no negatives, really enjoyed my time here. Like I said....

The staff were very helpful in looking after our main cases as we arrived before check in and wanted to go to the Pinnacles but didn't want a car full of cases! Restaurant was good for our evening meal. There was a complimentary breakfast of cereal and juice. We left on a bank holiday (which could be why there was the breakfast thinking about it) so couldn't say thanks to the staff as the reception was shut so this will have to be the 'thank you'

Very close to everything. Welcome drink and 10 per cent off in the restaurant. The food was really good. Coctails were also value for money. Room was very clean and they supplied water and breakfast each day. The little Chinese restaurant was also very yummy.

The room was a tad too light due to the verandah lights , but I used my eye mask. I little noisy but I travel with earplugs

stayed here more than a dozen times. rooms are always amazing have stayed in 1-6. Staff are soo friendly and always go above and behond! an extra plus always having little ones with me the restaurant with a playground is a bonus. food is always spectacular and yummy❤️ also prkjng out the front of your room andajor shopping center a minute walk away.

I cannot fault a thing staying here.

So I was surprised that the check in was over a bar counter, had a bit of a laugh - but actually loved the concept. Unique. Room was spotless - bed was VERY comfy. Not your ordinary hotel, but fulfilled what I needed.

Location perfect close to many amenities around and people are so friendly greeting one another,quite rooms large, stuffs are friendly, welcoming, mostly communication is top professional…

Can’t fault the property and can requirements to others..perfect place for relaxing, meeting new people, price wise excellent..

Beds super comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent.

Broken ironing board. Really could not use it as it was so unstable. Lack of a microwave or basic crockery. You have to order in or eat out.
