Lovely outlook on the water,noisy at night with Restaurants underneath. Was disappointed with lack of maintenance for the price I paid. Toilet seat was broken ,Bedside lampshade was wobbly and falling off, and the bathroom door was all cracked and warped at the bottom.For $250 a night, it was well over priced for the room . I have spent time in better quality places for less. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Could hear people next door shuffling chairs. So not the quietest place to stay. Room was spacious and well presented.

Had everything we needed and was a great location for relaxation as well as the night life was within walking distance we could be private or social, have fun or relax so great location and great options around it

We had concrete floors, thought that was odd, also we could hear the neighbours talking via the joining door so that kinda sucked and the room were in wa over the cafe that opens very early so was woken to the sound of cleaning and cafe setting up - most of which can’t be helped, we just maybe more fussy on which room we stay in however would 100% book again non of these issue turned us off coming back

This is a very nice property in a wonderful location. Choice of restaurants all around was very good and pricing at the ones we did try was very reasonable as well. Room was very spacious and well appointed but we would have preferred a corner spa to the one in the room that was prone to overflowing and flooding the floor. The view from the very spacious balcony was well worth the visit, nice to see how the other half live just over the inlet!

Only issue we had was some late night/early morning noise which may have been coming from another room nearby or from restaurant customers hanging around long after closing.

We booked a two bedroom apartment and were given a three bedroom villa at no extra cost. It was a beautiful villa, very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and professional. The cute baby blanket that came with the cot for the 6 month old was a lovely touch.

Unfortunately the villa is above and next to the brewery for the Indian Ocean Brewery as well as the service car park. I was awoken both days at 6am to loud truck engines and banging as items were delivered and collected. The noise continued all morning.

Great value, great range of free sachet beverages, top quality french appliances and European designed kitchen. Massive bathroom. Lots of eateries nearby, the playground and weekend movie were a hit.

Room was a little too close to bar and live music but by 10pm they had stopped so all good.

Extremely clean and tidy. Very comfortable and relaxing. Water view and balcony in all rooms. Smoke friendly on balconies only. Food and entertainment at your door step with numerous venues to choose from. Cabana Bar Pool access also.

I have a feeling hands may of changed. There were different people than the normally friendly faces I’ve seen in the past at reception. Rules for venue parties in the facilities bars have also changed.

The Marina Hotel was an absolute delight during my one night stay in which I had a great room with the suite. Location and views at every turn were a delight and the ever present salt water air was a pleasant reminder of the prime location in the Mindarie Marina. So many eating options as well as the unique craft brewery/Restaurant in Indian Ocean Brewery gives The Marina Hotel a clear edge as a go to destination whenever in Perth.

Everything, especially all the places nearby to eat. The room was huge and not at all what I was expecting. The double shower made my dreams come true as we finally got to have one big family shower which the kids loved. Loved all the staff they were so friendly even the housekeepers as I wasn’t even expecting a tidy up after one night.

Just the loud music at night as we stayed over the weekend but it wasn’t even that bad and I still fell asleep quite easily. The kids didn’t even notice.

Fantastic large room with Balcony. Awesome bathroom with heated floor. View of water and boats. Party atmosphere.

Constant murmur of voices til midnight from eateries located just below room. Room sound proofing did excellent job difference between open balcony door and closed significant.

Lovely location, good facilities and helpful staff.

Every morning, around 5.30 am, the cafe owner below used a leaf blower, which inevitably woke us up. We complained to the hotel staff and they told us they had received many complaints of the same nature.
