We booked this accommodation earlier this year and we are so happy we did! The park itself was very clean and well maintained. Staff were seen every day attending to the gardens and other areas within the park to ensure cleanliness and functionality. We stayed in a 2-berth deluxe cabin, and we were so comfortable! Unfortunately we ended up being COVID-positive during our stay, and had to isolate in the cabin for a period of 7 days. My family asked if we experienced "cabin-fever" due to not being able to leave. Not a chance! We had a spacious bedroom, and a lovely living area with a couch and arm chair. We were so relaxed and comfortable, it made our recovery much easier. Staff were fantastic, and provided clean towels by placing them at our door (as arranged by a family member). The bathroom was also a decent size for a cabin. There was plenty of space in the bathroom to have a washing basket, and the shower was big enough that I could wash my hair without my elbows hitting the walls :-) When we were able, we utilised the laundry facilities, and whilst the washing machine was very loud at the end of the cycle, it worked very well (as did the clothes dryer). Our cabin had a parking space right in front of it, that was underneath a beautiful tree so our car was in the shade during the day. I noticed a couple of cabins had parking spaces that did not have any shade or were across from the cabin, so we were amongst the lucky ones. There was a smart TV in the living area, which made our COVID isolation that little bit better, as we were able to login to streaming services on the TV, rather than using a laptop or tablet.

The lounge in our cabin was a pull-out sofa, and did become uncomfortable for me to sit/lay on as a lounge, as it was very soft/you sunk into it (my Husband had no issues with it). We did not try the pull out sofa bed. The laundry facility does not have a change machine, and the machines either take $1 or $2 coins. I assume you can get change from Reception, but as we had COVID we did not want to enter the reception office (even though we had masks). There was no frying pan in the cupboards, only two pots. As we were in a 2-berth cabin, there was only 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks etc. There was only 1 wine glass, however. This meant we had to wash up after every use. Not a big deal, but when unwell, having more than 2 of everything would have been a little nicer (again, not a big deal!).

CLEAN, a credit to who maintains the unit. We didn't expect much prior to arrival but it was spotless!! We had a late check in and it was easy enough process. Check out was contactless, also easy. We had 4 people (2 adults plus 2 kids, aged 13 and 8), we booked the largest unit which could have slept 6, so space was not an issue for us. My little one had never stayed in a cabin before, it was his first time in an upper bunk. It was safe, easy for him to get up and down, in fact he spent most of his time up there playing before bedtime. Location we think is perfectly good, 1/2 way stop over Sydney-Melbourne on the NSW/VIC boarder. It was also very close to that large town Albury, so good for breakfast/dinners. We would come here again!

Nothing to complain about but we didn't have enough time to use the rest of the facility, such as pool or BBQ. Could have had a little table or tray next to the bunk beds to put phone/glasses. A few extra hooks for wet towels in the bathroom would have been nice.

What a convenient location, with friendly and helpful staff and clean facilities! It is very conveniently located for us to access the local areas we required, and the staff were more than helpful. The cabin was spacious and clean. Although located on Melbourne Road, it was very quiet at night (our cabin was located at the front of the park). We have another trip already booked to stay here again for Christmas, and we are looking forward to our stay.

It took a while to get the main bedroom to cool down as there were no fans and cooling in the bedroom. Split system located in kitchette/dining room, and the air had to flow through a short hallway before reaching the bedroom. Planning ahead will rectify this issue by turning the air con on early or bringing your own desk fan to set up in the bedroom.

Everything was clean and tidy, cabin had everything we needed for our stay. The park was tidy and well maintained. Receptionist was polite and friendly. Plenty of space to roam and it's close to everything we needed in town.

The bed is not very comfortable but not a big deal, no bed is ever like your own.

Fantastic location in a nice quiet area. The cabin has all you can need for a comfortable stay.

The only thing we didn’t love was the bunk beds. They’re quite narrow so they’re not great for a comfortable nights sleep if you’re a larger than average human, but that’s on us. So just take this as a heads up if you’re a larger than average human

The bed in our superior deluxe 2 bedroom cabin was amazing so were the sheets and towels. Great 7 seater couch and coffee machine. Really liked the small decking out the front and heating inside was great!

We only got 2 towels for the 4 of us and didn't have time to ask for more. The cleanliness could have been better. The coffee machine was great but we only got 2 coffee pods and 4 hot chocolate ones? No tissues and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 3 night stay with 4 people. Otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

The cabin was extremely clean and had all the things we needed for a 1 night stay. Kitchen well equipped. The location right off the Hume made it convenient for a stop over. Great facilities with the pool and playground for little kids to use their energy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at checkin.

Location, easy parking.

The shower, bathroom sink and kitchen sink were leaking. Had to really tighten the taps (not good for the thread) but even then it didn’t stop the leak….just slowed it down. You need to change your washers.

Location, well placed to explore the area and close to shops. Complimentary tea, coffee and hair products were provided. Linen was changed after the first week ✔✔ WiFi

Where do I start ... there was no gas when we arrived but rectified later in the day. The bathroom tidy bin had not been emptied. There was a cockroach on the table one day and another fell out of the shower exhaust fan a couple of days later. On the last morning of our stay the towel rail fell off the wall.

Location and easy to get around the park. The information booklet was amazing as it gave you a lot of information on what to do and see.

Went to use the oven, and tray was full of some sort of fat in the bottom of the oven
