These are our roomiest apartments. Featuring extra large open plan living, kitchen and dining opening out onto your private balcony all with river views. This apartment is tastefully furnished with, fully equipped kitchen, full-size fridge, separate laundry, 2 bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining area. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with separate shower and corner spa tub. Air-conditioned with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and plenty of storage. Located in our RIVA building next door to Excellsior, each room has private elevator access from the basement parking lot and ground entrance. Building features include a private outdoor swimming pool and elevator. The BBQ and Pizza oven in the Excellsior building may be used.
