Fantastic location direct access to boardwalk and beach with no roads to cross. Two patrolled beaches nearby. Balcony was perfect for breakfast each day, with views across the water. The complex is over 50 years old, which means that rooms are all very generously sized, and kitchens and bathrooms and furniture are all updated. There was plenty of storage, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, and plenty of crockery & glasses. Many restaurants across the road in The Wharf complex - French, Greek, Spanish, Vietnamese etc., and several fish restaurants further down towards The Spit.
New lift has been installed which does not access the basement parking, but manager assisted by letting us park on ground level to unpack. We had a lock up garage which was very narrow, and unable to open the car doors on both sides. Some other carparks in the complex are more roomy. There are no supermarkets close by - only Coles about 15 mins walk away.

Perfect location, away from the noise of the central area and not surrounded by high-rise apartment buildings. Very easy walk along the street, boardwalk, or beach to get to main Mooloolaba. Room was great size, very clean and well looked after, and quiet. Very friendly staff, and lovely and helpful building managers. Easy-to-follow instructions. Directly next to the beach so you don't have to cross a road (just look both ways when you cross the boardwalk! 😊) Good facilities - washing machine, dryer, etc. Very comfortable apartment, heaps of storage space.
If you book an ocean-view room, make sure you get floor 5 or above. We booked ocean view and got floor 4, which we would consider partial ocean view (several trees). The building was fully booked and we couldn't get another floor. Do not bring a large car - the parking is very tight.

A really wonderful place for a lot of reasons. The location is fantastic, absolute beachfront, but for us, really great for the Ironman event as close to transition and really close to all the action. The hosts are lovely and the apartment block is pristine and beautifully maintained. The apartment itself was amongst the best I've stayed in and was really well kitted out. Its the little stuff like having a kitchen with all the home-from-home stuff to hand that really makes a difference. We had a great stay and will definitely book again.

* Amazing layout providing lots of space. * Incredible views * So many small touches in the apartment which made it even more homey and easy, such as good pots and pans to cook in which was a very nice surprise. Most places the pans are horrendous to cook on. * Incredible location. In walking distance to everything but out of the way of all the chaos * Staff were friendly and amazing to communicate with.
The only thing I could comment on was the 9:30am check out time. Tad early but not a major thing. But the staff were lovely and offered for us to use the pool for the morning to relax before heading home to Brisbane which was lovely of them.

Fabulous property in an unbeatable location. The apartment is an older style, but spacious and with everything you need. A real home away from home. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and it was really comfortable, clean and with heaps of room for us all. Also loved the pool - even though it rained most of the time we were there, our daughter didnt care!! Fabulous location with a pathway straight to the beach and 5 minute stroll to all that Mooloolaba has to offer. Ray and Lyn were super friendly and happy to help with any questions.
The weather, but not much you could have done about that!

Great location with loads of room for a family of 3-4 adults. Beautiful beach view and easy walk to the beach and food outlets of all types Complete facilities with laundry, two bathrooms, full kitchen facilities with all appliances and utensils and crockery, games/DVDs. It truly was well equipped and comfortable with loads of room for our family.

Location was second to none, and unit and grounds were ver well maintained and clean and the pool was beautiful. Managers there very helpful and friendly.
Older style complex so parking space was very small and exit very tight and no lift access to the bottom level isn't ideal but you can live with it. The only issue with our apartment was the bed. There was not enough bedding for the temperature (extra at a charge) and the bed was far too soft. I'm hoping the owner updates this bed as we intend to return.

Absolutely superb location overlooking the beach with easy access to the boardwalk and the cafe/restaurant strip. Our apartment was exactly as advertised. The beds were all really comfortable and each of the bedrooms had air conditioning. Really thoughtful inclusions in the kitchen with everything needed for a family and a massive fridge! The hosts were so warm and friendly and even contacted us to offer early check in if we wished.
Our particular apartment didn’t have lift access to the garage and the exit was pretty tight for our big SUV. It was still great to have off street parking though.

Great location, friendly hosts and apartment 7 was excellent. Light, great view and a kitchen that was very well kitted out. Games cupboard and beach toys to borrow were also great.

Can't fault the location. As a couple would say great size for us (2 bedroom). Good to have a well equipped kitchen. Lovely managers, very chatty and helpful.
Of course as an older building it is expected to be a little tired, but would suggest a bit of update, repaint of bathrooms for example.
