Great welcome on arrival. We celebrated our 40th Ruby Anniversary, on our own, because we wanted to just chill from everything. Our stay was the BEST and We just Slept, Eat and Watched Tele. Simple But The Best, Thank You. It was peaceful, restful and that's coming from local Farleigh Farmer's. We will definitely book again in the near future. Thank You again. Peaceful and quiet room's. The beautiful lady at reception and her lovely offer of a cocktail at dinner for our Ruby Anniversary,was lovely. Just something so simple as that meant a lot to us both. The room was just a perfect size,hot water was amazing as most motels it's pretty poor. The set up for self service was really great, everything you need. The hieght of the sink was excellent. Usually you have to either use the vanity sink( yuk). The bed and linens were Super clean,soft and ever so comfortable. We slept straight away for 2hrs on arrival.

The room was very large, nice quiet location off the highway. Restaurant on site.

As it was a street off highway it was hard to navigate the back streets to get there. Restaurant was handy but meals were expensive but good quality, more suited to fine dining rather than travelling families. Maybe tweek the menu to suit people wanting a basic hot meal whilst travelling.

Had Dinner at the Hotel, good value for money, and a good selection of food available. The room was good, bed was comfy, pillows were wonderful.

Pool needed to be cleaned, Face washer towels needed to be supplied in the bathroom. The tissue box was empty. The meals very big for one person. The Garlic bread should be sold as for one person or two people, what was on offer was great but for two people not one, way too much. (unless you are a gusts)

The restaurant was great, we had a lovely meal there after a very long day of travel. Eden, our waitress was super friendly and helpful. The room was very generous in size. There was no road noise.

We were in a downstairs room and unfortunately the people above us were partying late and stayed up until 4am. Dragging chairs around and making noise. I would request an upstairs room next time.

The area was quiet for being so close to the highway, the facilities were clean and comfortable

Only thing that was concerning was the air conditioning in our room was a bit yucky inside the machine which we decided not to use as it looked like mould and travelling with 3 young kids we didn't wish to expose them to it.

Spacious room with comfortable sitting chairs, absolutely great king-sized bed so comfortable, warm room without the aid of heating, table and chairs a fridge that worked extra bench space plenty of hanging space, bathroom well appointed with nice towels and toiletries, easy to find close to a shopping centre and garage, no street noise friendly staff, I would recommend The Windmill for your stay

Did not like how long it took for the hot water to come through the tap and there was no screens on the sliding door or windows

The location. Clean and tidy.

Smoker from room 222 standing outside balcony near room 221/222 smoking. and having the smell of smoke come into my room. I was going to suggest a smokers side of motel and non-smokers side of motel. But im thinking that wont work due to room size etc and bookings requirements.

I like these rooms, they are nice and bright and open out to an open grassed private area and you can see the water from here. The rooms are comfortable the beds are really comfortable, there is a spa bath which I have never used when staying but it's there is you want it, the property is very clean and neat and tidy and there is a balcony outside with a table and chairs.

I could hear the tv on in the room next door which was quite loud. I haven't heard a tv on when staying before. The restaurant wasn't open so I had to go out to buy food. I did discover Burrito Bar though in Rural View which is my new favourite. Other than this there really is nothing to fault.

Good rooms. Very comfortable. Close enough to town and the highway to be convenient but set back off the road far enough to be quiet and relaxing. The restaurant served amazing food also and cold beers.

Super friendly staff who all genuinely wanted to be of assistance, meet our needs and ensure everything was in order. From reception to restaurant, bar and kitchen, the mood of staff was contagious to all around them - a true bonus for any establishment. Very pleasant surroundings backing up to a small lake, and easy to access from the highway. On-site restaurant served above average food at reasonable prices. Ours was only a 1 night stop but it would be ideal for a longer stay, particularly with a mini fridge, microwave, sink and table and chairs in the spacious room, and shopping within easy walking.

Although non-smoking was requested and supposedly disallowed in or near the accommodation, this was blatantly disregarded, and for suffers of asthma or, in my husband's case, COPD, the drifting smoke WILL cause serious and lasting ill-effects.
