The view drom 7th floor was beautiful. The staff were most helpful and very personable. Especially Natalie and Rockia. The kitchen was roomy in the Family Unit.The walks in the area are superior.

Probably the maintenance is not the best. The Cleaners should check lights and other things to ensure all were working between visitors. The shelf in the ensuite was missing, 2 lights not working and the light in the exhaust fan not working.In the single room the fan switch was missing and the windows were not working properly. All fixed in a timely manner when we were there though. We could have done with more coffee cups and bed pillows also.

Bed was super comfy. The room was very large.

The bathroom had the markings of an older bathroom.

This one bedroom apartment has everything you need with a full kitchen and crockery. Balcony off the living room. The place was functional but uninspiring. Bed was comfortable. We got parking in the building with no problem. Very quiet at night.

Uninspiring but functional. Water marks on shower screens but place was clean. Didn’t seem to be any local shops or restaurants so need your own food but we didn’t really have a good look round. Only passing thru.

Clean and had air conditioning, Geart views, Parking available.

Some of the fixtures a bit loose and worse for wear, especially bathroom, toilet holder, shower glass. Kitchen would be better to have at least 2 tea towels, and some paper towels or chux wipes. Utensils a little minimal. Not enough comfortable chairs for 4 adults only had one couch and one comfortable chair.

Spacious room, great panoramic beachside views, easy parking, nice kitchenette

For our 4 night stay we were booked on the 2nd Floor and very unhappy with our room as in overall dirty carpet, no windows except at very top high ceiling level, torn lampshades, soiled doona, etc. NOTE▶️ We had to pay extra in order to move up to the 7th Floor for the next 3 nights to find a vast improvement in accommodation. We thought we were at another hotel!

Friendly arrival staff member to make our stay a comfortable stay , also Friendly cleaning staff.. clean Elavator and access to rooms, love the location close to town centre and shops also close to beach ..

Room Clean, Bathroom smelt a little bit funky! But clean.. The outside Windows desperately needs some sope and Water Big job to do extra staff needed to do that job .. but overall the room was exceptable..

Lovely reception lady, very friendly and helpful. Nice clean room, nice view from the top floor, comfy bed , large shower space. Best value for money in Mackay for a room that has a kitchen.

The aircons in the bedroom and loungeroom were leaking, leaving a puddle of water on the floor. The balcony area had lots of bird poop on it , but that's nature, and the birds are happy!

What a gem of a fine lovely apartment a bit out of town but the apartment was so comfortable and the the staff went out of the way to look after us

It’s just a lovely very affordable apartment. Good size and has a laundry which was a bonus. Our washing machine didn’t work in our room and they let us use a washing machine in another room so that was awesome It does have views over the water.

Room was very clean, well located and FABULOUS VIEWS over the sea and Pioneer River mouth.

NO communication... I requested an early check in (the night before...) NO reply.... I rang early in the morning and asked for a early check in and was advised in would be ok... THEN I arrived at the hotel (an hour early) and was told "I was an hour too early"

Well in our room the TV did not work and the lady at the front desk was so helpful and nice, she ended up moving us to the 1 bedroom apartment which was really lovely! The AC was cold, the view awesome, bed comfy! What a great spot!

Originally we had booked a King Studio with a view - the room was fine but the view only able to be seen if you stood up and peered out the windows, so I would not recommend that room. The shower in the 1BR was very noisy, I don’t know why.
