The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The full kitchen was quite well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The best thing about the apartment is the convenient location - we could walk to pubs and restaurants, the shopping street is just round the corner. There is a great place for breakfast just opposite. It's a very short drive to the zoo. The reception staff were helpful.

The apartment is rather dull in appearance and illumination - there is little indirect lighting, it could do with some reading lamps. The sofas are very deep and need some cushions to make them comfortable - they would add some colour. The art is truly appalling - I would prefer blank walls to the mass produced canvases. Still, as we were out most of the time, that isn't really important.

The lovely lady at reception (Nina??) went above and beyond in every way. She called me the evening before my trip to let me know that my special requests could be met. She went out of her way to ensure this. When I arrived, she called me by my name welcoming me even though she didn't know who I was. She assured me that I could ask for anything if needed until 10pm when she finished. The hotel is very handy to the RSL and Indian restaurant across the road.

All good but a paper-based version of the hotel facilities would be nice.

The hotel is centrally located. There is a supermarket around the corner, two off-licences as well as a range of eating establishments (Australian, Mexican, Japanese and Indian). The Indian across the street is really good and was busy. Secure parking is around the corner - as my husband was working - a comfy chair (office one) would have been lovely, as that is often a standard issue in Quest, but it was OK. The beds were mid comfy. All in all, what was expected.

Close to the attractions. Only 5-10 minutes drive to Gaol, Observatory, and zoo. Parking was fantastic as it was undercover during the heat and also was secure. Staff responded in expeditious manner to our requests.

Only one of the rooms had its own air-conditioning. The other was supposed to get air-conditioning from living room. But living room air-conditioning was never cool and was only fan. So the second room was not comfortable to sleep as it was very hot and humid for two nights.

Staff went above and beyond. There were a couple of things this we did not like about the first room they gave us. Not a big deal, we did not ask for it to be changed, but the receptionist asked us about how was the room and when we mentioned it, we were changed to a bigger room at no charge. The receptionist prepared everything and brought up the new keys herself to our room. She also asked about our plans in town and gave us some guidance about places to eat.

There was an event held at the hotel and we could hear the music from our room.

I liked the courtesy phone call from reception when I was unexpectedly late checking in, the pleasant friendly welcome when I finally arrived. The room was excellent and met all of my needs. It was well appointed and very comfortable. Check In and check out were both quick and easy. I really liked the central location of the property.

I had an excellent experience so I can't say anything negative.

Very clean, room spacious and location is awesome, just walk into town. Staff very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Customer service was 10/10. Secure car park.

Only downside is the loud cars driving around in the middle of the night (might just be the weekend) keeping you up at night, other than that our stay was lovely.

Clean, secure undercover parking, excellent staff. The gym was small but good with enough equipment to do a reasonable workout. The laundry was very handy and clean with detergent supplied which was great.

Window had no flyscreen so we had a few bugs come in to the light in the evening. The room was quite small which was fine but an armchair to watch tv would make it a bit more comfortable. Other than that it had everything we needed. Would be great if the property had a pool as it’s very hot here in summer.

I had booked a studio room and thought they had a full size fridge as I needed a freezer. After ringing to confirm, they upgraded me to a 1 bedroom room which did have a full size fridge. Very grateful for that. Undercover secure parking.

Other Quests we have stayed at had nice body lotion and music apparatus, but not having is not a deal breaker.0

Check-in was easy, the receptionists were friendly and warm to the guests. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower is nice also and the kitchen.

The fire alarm went 2 times so our sleep was interrupted 2 times. It was hard for me as I can't sleep properly these days. But It's okay, this can be improved though. Staffs are apologetic about what happened.
