Property was easily accessible. Room was so clean and beautifully appointed with comfortable king sized bed. It had exceptional staff, no request was too big. Staff were so lovely to interact with. Had a lovely night just across the road at the RSL which had a gorgeous relaxing cocktail bar and so many options for food. The food was amazing. It had secure parking too. To top it all off we had a wonderful cooked breakfast in the morning at our preferred time. Can’t wait to stay again and use the pool facilities. Highly recommend people to stay here.

What a great location. Rooms have been refurbished. Excellent taste and so clean. They have an ice machine, washing machine and microwave in the laundry. Easy access and the ice machine was always full! Parking is secure and easy to access. The RSL club is across the road. Meals at the club are top notch. I had the Thai curry prawns three times!! I had room service a few times. Unbelievably fast and again terrific food and at a reasonable price. The ladies at reception are very helpful and can't do enough to hep you out. Everything in walking distance and the Zoo is worth a visit. Book a cart online and recommed the morning session in summer as it is cooler. I give my Dubbo stay 5 out of 5.

It is in a good and central location in the CBD of Dubbo. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. With so many very good cafes nearby, I didn't have breakfast at the motel (only available as room service). Whenever I'm travelling, my general preference is to explore eateries away from the accommodation. Although the motel and resident parking area have excellent security, the parking spaces are a little tight, especially if you have an SUV or when other residents don't exercise a modicum of awareness when they park.

Did not have any breakfasts. New Year Public Holiday period, coffee shop etc closed. I used the Club opposite the motel for a main meal each day. Restaurants are closed in country towns usually at these times for lack of staff. I chose the RSL Club knowing some food services and bars would be available in a Club.

The very comfortable heavy furniture in motel room faced away from the TV screen on the wall and the Test Cricket was my main interest each day - Australia V India which i did not want to watch from the bed.

We were really impressed with how tasteful the room was. Beautiful bathroom comfortable bed and all felt very contemporary. We loved the secure parking at the property and the convenience to shops and restaurants which were within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending this at all and would stay here again.

They are in the middle of renovating rooms and I was lucky enough to get a room that was that recently finished I could smell the new paint. The room was great, very comfortable, well appointed. Power point with USB charging built in on the bedside tables. Shower was amazing, the choice of rain shower, normal or misty was great!

Pool area is showing its age. No buffet breakfast - a few other motels in Dubbo offer this and they are great.

Kind helpful staff.

We asked if it was possible to have a microwave in our room and was told no, there was one in the communal laundry room we could use. We requested this as we stayed with our 3 month old twins who are still feeding through the night. While we managed to make do, a microwave in our room would have made night feedings so much quicker and easier, with less disruptions to fellow guests (crying baby). We understand it would be impossible to cater for a microwave in every room, we don't think it's unreasonable to provide one in the family room (not a complaint, just food for thought)

We stayed in a room with a spa bath and the room was a great size with a wonderful bathroom. Across the road from the Dubbo RSL Club, really good meals and a good win on the poker machines. What I really love is the ice machine in the laundry for guests a great thing to have.

Being there is a security gate for the car park (which is fantastic), there is congestion when pulling up to check in. Maybe add some signs to park out the front while checking in as you need a room key to access the car park.

Great location, across from the RSL which provide great meals! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and modern, fantastic shower and bathroom.

Very little to dislike, we were in room 3 which did have some road noise but nothing that kept us up, although told about the breakfast menu, it was hidden in the guest folder.
