Beautiful location in the quiet town of Ordino. The patios were lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The dinner menu was great food and excellent value at 25euro for a 3 course meal.

The property is old so the floors creaked quite a bit. Also of note, the gym and sauna showing in property pictures are not on site and not part of the hotel. They are pictures of the local sport center and hotel guests get a slight discount for the entrance fee. Parking was difficult during weekend events hosted at the hotel.

Great location near center of town. Good sized room with balcony. Friendly staff. As mentioned below, on check out, front desk personnel were very helpful with my luggage and ensuring that I got into the correct van.

You need to climb several stairs to get into the hotel, no ramp. Due to a medical issue I can't lift luggage, so I choose hotels with elevators. When I arrived it was raining, and I had to leave my luggage outside in the rain. Front desk staff was unable to help me, and my luggage sat out in the rain until another guest offered to assist me. On the other hand, when I checked out the woman at the front desk carried my bags to the van for me. Room was very stuffy. The only solution was to open the door to the balcony, which was fine except for neighbors smoking on their balcony and the smoke blowing into my room. This happened at least half the time. A fan or other air circulation system would be nice.

The hotel has nice mountain vibes, the served dinner really was excellent, the common areas are cute. If you are looking for a calm hotel in the mountains, you will enjoy it here. The rooms were clean, make sure to ask for a balcony.

Unfortunately, the day we arrived, the city music festival was starting and they played extra loud music until 5 in the morning. We didn't sleep at all that night, my mom had to make her bed on the bathroom floor to be away from the noise. It's too bad the hotel didn't have any info about this on their website - we left the hotel after the first night and cancelled the 3 remaining ones. Saturday there was a huge wedding - careful, it looks like it will be like this every Saturday during summer, potential noise as well.

The location and views from the hotel cannot be faulted and every member of staff that I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The room, whilst slightly outdated, was in keeping with the style of the hotel (which I personally really liked and found to be in-keeping considering it is also a popular place to stay for ski holidays!), and I particularly loved the balcony and views from it looking out across the village and valley to the mountains beyond. I found that the common areas of the hotel were enjoyable to spent time in (outside spaces including garden and pool, bar area, terrace), and I found the bar prices to be fairly reasonable for a hotel. I did not try the food but the restaurant seems to be popular and has a daily set menu as well as a la carte.

My room was extremely hot and I was told by reception that they do not have any fans for guests to use in the rooms. Of course I knew when booking that there was no air con, but would have expected that fans would be available (particularly given how hot it was during my stay). Due to how uncomfortably warm it was in the room, I had no choice but to sleep with my balcony door open in an attempt to cool the room down, and this caused me to get quite a lot of mosquito bites overnight which is a little bit annoying!

Great location in the lovely village of Ordino from which to explore Andorra. From our arrival the staff were welcoming, helpful and seemed keen that we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, with a small balcony overlooking the car park and gardens with the village and mountains in the background .The balcony was big enough for a small table and 2 chairs. The bedroom and en suite were spotlessly clean and there was a mini fridge in the room. Our rate included breakfast, which was very good - extensive choice of cereals, pastries, bread, fruit, cold meats and cheese as well as a hot option of bacon and eggs. We also chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights of our stay. The menu changed each evening and although priced at €25 there was a 20% reduction for residents - at €20 each it was good value for 3 courses of tasty and well presented food. The availability of an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers provided the opportunity to relax in the sunshine after a busy day in the mountains. Plenty of off road car parking in the grounds of the hotel, directly in front of the building. The hotel bar, lounge and reception area provides ample space and comfortable seating in which to relax and enjoy a drink, with the option to sit outside on the terrace that wraps around the front of the building.

As noted in some other reviews, the hotel is showing its age in places and could do with a bit of updating. The rooms are not air conditioned and as we visited in July it was warm at night. However being able to leave the balcony door ajar allowed some cooler air into the room leading to a comfortable sleep. Having said all that Hotel Coma served our purpose extremely well and these minor issues did not impact on the enjoyment of our stay.

There was a nice view through the window. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was small but clean. The majority of the staff does not speak English, but they are trying their best to take care of you.

The room was super hot. I like the warmth, but this was really too much. There was some specific smell in the room, which triggered my asthma. We tried to keep the balcony door a little bit open for the nighttime, but a lot of people were smoking in their balconies, and the smoke went into our room... The lightning in the room was very poor.

There are only positive things to report. The hotel is getting on in years, but that's what makes it so charming. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant had everything we wanted. But above all is the staff!! Every wish was fulfilled with a smile. Before we arrived, I had ordered flowers and champang for our wedding anniversary. We were welcomed with everything! Just a great service! We will be back.

Nothing to write!!

Breakfast was lovely - a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The pool is a great addition not mentioned much in the reviews, and the views from around the hotel are wonderful.

Bathroom in room was dated - mainly the bath itself and shower which were quite old and had visible wear - not an issue but one to note

Clean comfy hotel, the room overlooked the mountain and the views were really pretty. Staff were very friendly and offered us coffee before the breakfast. The top notch restaurant on site, offered delicious menu for Hotel guests. Great facilities, free parking, pool, lovely yard, tennis courts.

Hotel was surprisingly hard to find - you have to look closely to the signs. it was difficult to communicate in English - only Spanish / French. Late breakfast - started only from 8am.

Ordino is a scenic area. Hotel Coma is a great location to explore North & South Andorra but away from shopping area if that is what you want to do. Easy parking. We visited in summer .

I understand Spanish do not use kettle, so kettle are not provided. Maybe, hot water and water can be provided in a communal area. Wifi unstable in the room. Breakfast ordinary- fried eggs ( stay 2 days) were hard.
