Great location. No power problems. Staff very helpful. The pastor and pizza bar is good.

It was a double room yet only one bath towel, one mug and one glass. Go figure!. Charged like a bull for late checkout.

The staff were great, especially Ernest, and the cleaning crew. Beds were comfortable, mini fridge and safe were nice amenities. The location was super: walkable to East Park, Manda Hill, etc. It was nice to have Orange/Cucumber water available in the entryway at all times, for immediate rehydration. The pizzeria on the grounds is excellent (bravo Gaetano!) I would stay here again, but ask for a quieter room. The price was reasonable for Lusaka. I give it a high rating because I am being picky about my dislikes. Ie. it was fine! :-) .

Some rooms faced a noisy discothèque (bring ear plugs). It was especially loud and lasted late into the night (morning) on weekends. One bathroom smelled bad (I stayed 3 times in a month). Smoking in the rooms needs to be dealt with immediately before it stinks up the whole floor. The gym was a bit sad, hardly any equipment worked. But at least it was a calm and spacious place to stretch. Breakfast could be a bit better, such as offering non-dairy milk, muesli, and perhaps decent coffee from the bar downstairs. The Airport shuttle is overpriced. It was less than Zk 200 with Yango, not the Zk500 charged by the hotel. Otherwise a fine hotel for approx US$80-90/night for the room.

The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The hotel included nice touches such as coffee/hot water kettle in the room, and slippers. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good with the Ethiopian/Eritrean being particularly tasty.

The AirCon in my room didn't go below 20 degrees (I would have preferred much colder for sleeping) and I don't think it ever turned on. The glass shower in the room provided was mis-aligned so when I showered water poured all over the floor, and the bidet in the bathroom was non-functional.

Aa far as I could find before I arrived, the hotel didn't have a restaurant (that's what it said on booking.com) but in fact it has a great restaurant. The breakfast (included in the room rate) was fantastic. The amount I paid was $10US less that it said on my booking.com sheet. Great value for money

Only one problem: there was no water linked to the toilet cistern. I had to fill the cistern up using the washing hose attached to the wall next to the toilet. I told reception but no one came to try and fix it. And the water was barely warm in the morning (probably due to being solar powered - so showers in the evening would be best)

Excellent. The Chef accommodated by needs and requests preparing Oat porridge without milk and sugar. I am grateful

I used the gym throughout my stay a the hotel. The route to the gym can be improved with more lights. It is dark and scary

There is building work taking place, but not obtrusive. There is an excellent pizza restaurant attached to the hotel. The total is located very close to East Park Mall. I normally wish to drive onwards to the East, the hotel is convenient for the Great East Road and the airport.

The hot water in the shower could be improved.

Everything to be honest and sincerely. The hotel's location is very good and the staff members are extremely helpful. I love it. I will surely come back again.

The WIFI is very bad, i think they need to change there WIFI provider. Also they need to do something about the flies and mosquitoes at the lobby.

We were looked after as if we were family. Somehow our booking through booking.com had not been confirmed so when we arrived there was no booking! Thanks to the generosity of the hotel staff they found us 3 rooms immediately. The laundry service is second to none.

The bathroom had a typical toilet odour.

The breakfast was nice, i enjoyed

There was no hot water in my room. I complained about it. But didn’t get the hot water so I had to struggle with a cold shower
