Our flight landed in to Da Nang at 11pm so we pre arranged airport pickup with the hotel, it was straight forward, easy and reasonable price. The driver they booked for us was so welcoming and professional. We arrived at the hotel just before midnight on the lunar new year, we were greeted and made to feel so welcome even though they were working during their holiday - we received a welcome drink and free room upgrade from Kelvin due to being first guests of the new year. The hotel decor is stunning and we were blown away. We met Anna the next day who greeted us at breakfast and shown us all options, gave us advice for the local area, we used the free bikes to go around the town and later hired a moped from the hotel too. There was nothing more that the staff here could have done for us, we’ve stayed in many 4-5* hotels and this one is by far the most impressive service we have been provided. Every time we walked through reception they had a genuine interest to ensure you’re enjoying your time - if you slept well, if the water temp is ok, if you have any plans for the day etc. When leaving we were also given a small gift from Kelvin for lunar new year! We actually almost didn’t book because it had no reviews this year but took the chance and I’m glad we did, I could go on forever with positive comments on this hotel. The only reason there are no reviews is because they opened 8months before covid hit and have only just re opened a few weeks ago, hopefully business picks up for them. The staff is super friendly and ready to help if you have any questions. I am vegan and they asked me if I have any requests about the breakfast which is really nice. If you're not picky, there's a lot of choices from the buffet. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels changed, the pool is clean and has a great temperature for refreshing during the day. You can also rent a bicycle for free and bike to the city center, it's not a long trip. Bathroom is really beautiful with a big bath. The AC is very strong which comes helpful.

Maybe not that soundproof doors if there are kids running around the pool. And if your balcony is facing the neighbors with chickens, you can hear that but we used to it. Still not a deal breaker for our wonderful trip.

We had a great stay here at this hotel, the photos are actually accurate and everything was pretty new. The hotel receptionists and all other staffs were super helpful and friendly. The location was around half way between the beach and old city but slightly closer to the old city around 25min walk but we mostly cycle, on days that was pouring with rain we ended up taking the taxi back which cost about $55k vnd The receptionists gave really great local tips in terms of food and shopping as well. Can’t praise them enough. The room was cleaned every day so fresh sheets. The price was reasonable for the stay and even the taxi to and from airport we booked through them and was really good price unlike when booking through some other hotels. Breakfast every morning was great, buffet style so you could choose as you please. Will definitely stay again in the future if travelling in the region again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Mansion. I best think about the property are the staff who made me feel at home. I was always welcomed with a smile. Nothing was to much trouble…..I especially want to thank Thanh, My, Tuan, Tham and Ha. The hotel is located between the beach and Hoi Ani old town. So very easy convenient to go to either using the bicycle or taxi. My room was very pleasant and well kept by the hotel staff every day.

Beautiful hotel with a large, comfortable breakfast room. Nice pool in the center of hotel’s inner courtyard. Unfortunately, the water in the pool was very cold! Our room was spacious, especially the bathroom. Loved the enclosed, walk-in shower. Lots of hot water! Also enjoyed the balcony. Great place to have coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Loved the free bikes. We borrowed bikes almost every day we stayed there. Hotel runs out of bikes by late morning. Best to get your bike early or you could miss out. Housekeeping tidied up the room daily. Loved having fresh towels and bottled water, such a nice treat. Hotel staff were wonderful! They were friendly, helpful, very professional and spoke good English. There are good restaurants and (small) grocery stores within walking distance. We found Minimart & Bich Cam to be a great place to grab snacks, beer and wine. Juicy Burger, right next door, serves a tasty beef burger. Both just a 5 minute walk from hotel. If you are looking for Western-like food/groceries, recommend Dingo Deli and Hoi An Gourmet (bought great Cheddar Cheese there). Also enjoyed Bahn Mi Queen. The pork bahn mi is delicious.

It would have been nice to have two nightstands, two bedside lamps, two wine glass in our double room. I’ll never understand why hotels think only one person needs a nightstand and lamp by the bed. The hotel is a little far from Old Town, about a 25 minute walk/ 15 minute bike ride. We walked to/from Old Town almost everyday so it wasn’t an issue for us. You can also use Grab to get a taxi. It would be very inexpensive.

We liked the location a bit outside the city, because the old town is beautiful, but also very crowded and noisy. You can easily get to the old town and the beach by bike, scooter or even by foot. You can get bikes for free from the hotel, for a scooter you pay the same price as the surrounding rentals. The service in this hotel is fantastic. Everything is very clean, very friendly and attentive staff, good breakfast with Vietnamese and Western choices. The laundry service was excellent. You pay per kilogram and get the laundry back perfectly cleaned, dried and ironed. We spontaneously stayed one night longer than we had originally planned and enjoyed the stay very much.

We had a brilliant stay at the Royal Mansion. we were warmly welcomed by the attentive and considerate staff and were allowed to check in earlier than expected. the communication was smooth from the time of our booking and Henry managed to get us a cap in Da Nang in no time (even though we arrived quite early). Henry’s brothers as well as the rest of the staff are so friendly and I haven’t felt so well taken care of in Vietnam yet. Also, the rooms are spacious, everything is tidy and in top quality. The bed is so comfy and we had a great sleep here :) Also it’s quiet (😁) Feedback is taken seriously and they help out immediately, if something is up (we had a tiny issue with the water temperature, but it was solved straight away). We extended our stay, because we enjoyed it so much. During our last day, one of the owners drove us to the bus station, because he had time and was keen to do it (thank you so much). We will miss it here. Thanks again for this lovely stay and we will cherish the memories in Hoi An, especially because of your staff 🤗 all the best to you!!

Maybe more vegan choices for breakfast (like soy milk, rice pancakes with veggies, vegan pho..? However, we haven’t asked for special orders, so maybe they would’ve done it for us, if we had asked 😬 Coffee to be ready throughout would be nice too, since we didn’t get some during the end of the breakfast time 🤗

The room and hotel are just exactly like the pictures. Once we entered the hotel we were warmfully welcomed and got a map with a few suggestions for the city. The room was clean and modern. The bathroom was comfortable with a douche cabin. The beds are so good. The breakfast is extensive. As vegetarians we were very happy. They make you an omlet or a bowl of noodles (with a vegetarian option) besides the buffet. The staff is amazing. They will offer and provide you with any information/suggestions you need. We would certainly come back to the Royal Mansion. 100% recommended

The best hotel in Hoi An!! Anna and Harry at the front desk went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, organised washing, free bicycle hire, local knowledge and always with a smile, they couldn’t do enough for me during my stay. the room was decorated amazingly, modern fresh and clean. very comfortable bed and new linen, house cleaning staff cleaned daily to a high standard. amazing breakfast, eggs and omelet’s on demand. excellent location, quiet and comfortable excellent pool. I extended my stay because I was so comfortable and happy. This hotel is the place to stay when visiting Hoi An!!! Well done guys!!! 10/10

Everything was perfect.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the Royal Mansion. The rooms: large extremely comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with rain shower, toilet and bath. The hotel: had a beautiful pool area to relax in and free bike hire to get you around if needed. The breakfast had a good selection of both Western and Vietnamese options. Staff were attentive, caring and knowledgeable. The hotel was located in a nice area and was a 20 minute bike ride from the old town area. We personally preferred this.
