The staff was really helpful and the service was exceptional. They answered any requests we have to the best of best abilities and the delivery was much more than what we expected. The front desk actually remembers me by the name and that shows a lot on the effort the staff put in in their work.

The breakfast could have been much better. The premier deluxe room that came with a bathtub was quite disappointing because of how the toilet has been designed. With the bathtub in the way, it's hard to shower without making the whole place wet. We managed to change to a deluxe room with a proper rain shower which was so much better.

The rooms was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice, although it was between buildings. The location was great for what we wanted - close to the centre, but also easy access to the beach by motorbike.

The staff was nice and tried to help, but their English was surprisingly limited. Breakfast was poor. Not a lot of options and most of the things was not fresh - the pastries were dry, the yogurt was clearly expired and the fruit had little mosquito flying around it. This really damaged the whole experience.

Hotel was well situated, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very minor things but safe in room did not work, not that we mentioned it to staff. Pool left a little to be desired (photo represents it better than reality) still clean and nice enough.

Property is clean and staff are very friendly. location near the ancient town within walking distance. Highly recommended!

There is no holder for shower gel and shampoo. There is also no hook in the toilet. There is no where you can hang your bathrobe and/or clothing.

Staff - Extremely helpful staff Location - The old town is very close (15 minute walk) and ideal for taking a stroll Bikes - The hotel allow guests to use their bikes which is a good way to see the local area Hotel Car - The hotel have a resident taxi that can be requested for airport transfers and trips if available. Room Decor - Large room with a none hotel vibe due to the decoration.

Shower - The free standing bath with positioned shower head did make the wet room bathroom quite wet.

Reasonably close to the old centre. Good value, with ok breakfast ... mostly cold food. A not very memorable hotel.

Time to fix the toaster guys.

Great hotel, with very welcoming staff. The room was stunning and the bed was one of the comfiest I have ever slept in.

The breakfast was a little limited and the hotel is a bit out of the centre so you need a taxi to get there, this isn't really a big issue when the hotel can arrange this and taxis are cheap however.

Everything you need, for top quality, is available in this hotel. In the restaurant, you will have the opportunity to talk to the friendly Le, who will present all the hotel's offers with her charm.

Amazing staff, spacious rooms with lovely decor and massive comfy beds. The rooms are super clean and newly renovated. A nice little plunge pool and 5 minutes walk to the main town and river. Really good English breakfast.

Just that the pool area only has a handful of sunbeds
