This is my 3rd stay here, because the staff provided excellent care throughout my stay and were incredibly friendly. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Check-in counter and small lobby is on the 2nd floor. You need to climb quite a few stairs from outside (if you have a large suitcase beware). Apartment is large with almost complete amenities. It also has a washing machine, microwave and a hotplate stove. Bedroom is also large, clean, work table with many plug points, comes with a TV (apart from the TV in the living room). Bathroom has a bath tub, shower(enclosed area).

The water pressure in the shower need to be stronger

Water pressure in the shower need to be stronger

This was a super comfortable stay and made us feel at home! We loved our stay here. Staff is so kind. The old man who takes the night shift is the sweetest angel ever. You will have everything you need in the rooms. They are well taken care of. The design is clever and makes the place feel bigger than it is.

The bed can be better! There were 2 pillows only and they weren't comfortable but that depends on which pillow cases they use. The small pillow case pushes the pillow up and then it can strain your neck while sleeping. One side of the bed was sinking in. That made me have back pain one night. Fortunately the bed was large enough so we slept on the better side.

Spacious, clean and great location - nice to be out of the busyness of the Old Quarter but close enough to walk to. Our host Le was so helpful and lovely - she helped us with anything we needed from booking tours to providing support when our credit card stopped working. We really appreciated the exceptional service.

Wifi connectivity could be improved mosquitos in ground floor room - but all other rooms OK

Stairs to the street needs a railing. Staircase should be lit and free of debris as an alternate to using the elevator and in case of an emergency. Smell of cigarette smoke coming fro the ventilation system on occasion.

Excellent location! Close enough to Old Quarter but I actually preferred the vibe of the neighborhood and cafes/shops around. Such a comfy bed and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Also so comforting to have Netflix to watch at night, a treat since so haven’t watched TV in months of traveling!

We couldn’t speak highly enough of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our every comfort and assist us in every possible way.

The only negative was the stairs at the front of the building. I have difficulty in managing stairs and a hand rail would have been invaluable. However in saying that, the staff were there to help me negotiate the stairs and assist us with our luggage.
