We stayed there as a family of three with a seven year old.. Excellent location... Just facing the beach... Great buffet... And comfy rooms.... The hotel even had complimentary airport drop service as well as bikes. Overall a super comfy experience....

This hotel was lovely with the amenities in the room, and hotel overall but what really made this place great was the staff. They were helpful, courteous, and so resourceful. We didn't have to think about anything. The beach and amazing restaurants are just across the street and is walking distance to many attractions like the Dragon Bridge, if you like to walk and if not, it's a short inexpensive cab away.

It would have been nice to have alternative milk available for meals since I am dairy free, but everything else was seriously great.

Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. Staff are lovely and accomodating. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Balcony view of the beach was very nice and captured the beauty of Danang. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good as well. Gym is pretty good for a hotel gym! Overall a fantastic stay at an affordable price that rivals the 5 star hotels along the same strip. We would definitely stay here again.

It can get a little noisy during the day due to its proximity to the beach restaurants and lounges, which play loud party music. But these all end during the night so it is peaceful and easy to sleep.

The staff was very kind, especially Luna. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. I did enjoy the free breakfast.

It didn’t exactly seem like a 4-star hotel. It was more a 3-star in my opinion. The housekeepers also came at 8AM to try and clean my room and woke me up. I think the hotel should wait a little later to clean the rooms to not disturb the guests. Because of this, I didn’t receive new water bottles for the day. When I tried ordering more water bottles, they wanted to charge me a fee. I think the nightly rate of the hotel is more than generous to receive free waters, especially when housekeeping disturbed me early in the morning.

Blue Sun Da Nang is an amazing place to stay in Da Nang. It's right in front of the beach, promises great view especially from higher floors. We were a group of 4, we got upgraded to 14th floor on the second day, from the 7th floor. The hotel staff, especially Anna, Minh and others whose name I didn't get were all very good to us.They helped with Hoi An and Han lake tour services as well. We will definitely go back to Blue Sun.

We had a wonderful time staying at BlueSun. Just across the road is the beach. Next to BlueSun is a Michelin-recommended fresh seafood restaurant. The property is only 15mins drive from the airport, 45mins drive to Hoi An and 25mins walk to the Son Tra Night Market and Dragon Bridge. They also have a spa on the 3rd floor (BlueMoon Spa) which I also tried, and had a super relaxing time (60mins full body massage and 30mins hair massage/shampoo). All their staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast had a great variety of options. I will definitely come back to BlueSun next time I visit Danang.

The hotel staff were exceptional. My partner and I had to go to hospital and Ellie and her colleague offered to help us get a taxi, offered late checkout for free and helped us deliver food to the hotel room. Ellie also helped us book a tour to Hue and Ba Na Hills that the hotel organised which were cheaper than other tours. Location is safe and by the beach, however the main ‘city’ / party area is a Grab away

There was a leak in our bathroom and the hot water runs out after 10-15 minutes, but the hotel staff were receptive to our feedback and willing to improve it when they renovate.

Where shall I start?? From the first day we arrived we were treated exceptionally well. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect spot across from the beach. Our rooms were well appointed with a balcony that looked over the ocean for spectacular morning sun rises to colourful lights and sounds of the night. We loved it. The rooms were serviced every day, service staff were lovely and were prompt if we needed anything done in our rooms. Breakfast was included in our tariff, wow, what an array of different foods. Staff were attentive, we would like to mention wonderful staff members who helped us out, especially as we had a family emergency while we were there. Thao, David, Tina and Gin, you were all wonderful in the restaurant, Wynn at the pool bar, very professional and made good cocktails and presented us with some nice afternoon tea! Sussan, Hannah, Jenny, Ellie - who I noted was the employee of the month, their professionalism was second to none, they were very helpful with anything we needed. We would like to thank you all for looking after us when we had a family emergency, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you and congratulations BlueSun for having a wonderful hotel and loving staff.

The staff were wonderful particularly the reception staff, nothing was a problem to them and they were willing to help in anything I needed. The breakfast was great it had a big selection of choices for all cultures. The food was excellent I had some meals there and the quality was really good.

The internet was not the best it drop out a lot so difficult if you needed to do a little work. The fitness centre only had one treadmill and this was broken the week I was there.

Great location just across from My Khe Beach. The room was simple, spacious and clean, and the balcony was overlooking the beach. Delicious breakfast, including pho and those yummy crispy Vietnamese pancakes, but also western and pan-asian fare. The gym is small but functional, as is the pool. The free airport transfer and afternoon tea was appreciated. Lots of seafood restaurants across the street. And other Da Nang city attractions like Dragon Bridge and Museum of Cham Sculpture were a short taxi/Grab ride away. All the staff were courteous, helpful, and spoke good English. One staff member who was already off work still assisted us when she saw the front desk guy was busy on a call. That's good service!
