Very clean and well managed. Staff very friendly and supportive. Also pretty safe and good facilities like swimming pool and the gym. Breakfast is good as well, specially if you're into Asian food. Feel free to ask the staff regarding local contacts i.e. taxi, tours...

Location is a bit far from the city center and needs a lot of relatively long back and forth, but everything is available close by(walking distance), food, shopping malls, super markets...

The variety of food, as we are from South Africa not knowing Vietnam food. Chef is excellent and friendly never said no to anything we are asking for. Security very well organized from front door to room to lift even for children. We really enjoyed the stay especially the undercover swimming pool for relaxing and cooling off, it was all very well done, thank you we will surely press on your button to visit again. Thank you.

The main bedroom bed could have been a little softer, and cutlery to be provided in case a family not knowing how to use the sticks. Toaster for bread missing and some utensils to prep dinner. Guidance / booklet of places to visit in Hanoi would be super supportive and the transport guide like the bus routes or app to be downloaded to be used.

The apartment is so comfortable, with all we need including a washing machine, and television with YouTube channel, and a kitchen, and so on, with all what make you feel like home. There are super friendly staff who help us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, that you can choose from the menu and they will cook for you. My kid loves the swimming pool and playground so much that she did not want to go home. There are 4 mini market stores you can spend time for quick shopping.

The location is not in center, but it is also good and refreshing when you are tired of the noise and traffic in downtown.

Good, nice, welcoming staff. The apartment was clean with the exception of below, what we didn't like. Place has a great view with shops below for needed necessities such as water, snacks, and milk for toddlers. Price was good. Would get better points if not for the negative.

Room had a few small roaches. Makes it uncomfortable as it came out of nowhere. Air conditioning vents also need to be cleaned and it didn't provide good air flow to living room but bedrooms we're ok. Cause condensation and it could've been more efficient and cooler.

I visited again after a year. Thank you still for the great facilities and kind response. Breakfast was simple, but it was nice to be able to enjoy it. In particular, I was satisfied with the clean and care of the room every day.

The slippers in the room were small and uncomfortable. Also, the towels provided in the bathroom sometimes had foreign substances on them, It was a shame that there was no hair dryer in each bathroom.

Lovely apartment gym, pool, big TV, and great breakfast each day, especially if you like noodle soups - the bun Singapore was delicious. The view is also amazing at night. Exceptionally clean and handy to have a washing machine. We stayed for a week to have a bit of a rest from travel and really enjoyed the apartment.

It's about 7km from the Old Quarter, so can take a bit of time getting there and back, but we used the Grab app with no problems.

The breakfast served at the pantry on the 5th floor every morning was good because I could have a light breakfast. In particular, the soup of rice noodles is very delicious, so I recommend you to try it. The location of the accommodation is near Miding, but it's a little far away. Please note that it's not a distance that you can't walk at all, but it'll be a burden to walk in the middle of the heat. Fortunately, you can visit various attractions in Hanoi using the grap service. The room condition is very very excellent. A comfortable bed and living room(has a comfortable sofa) are provided, and simple cooking is possible with a simple kitchen. I was able to travel comfortably because they cleaned and managed it every day. Also, there was a washing machine on the balcony, and it was so nice to be able to wash wet clothes with sweat.

The product description says that there are four bathrooms in three rooms, but in reality, there are three bathrooms in three rooms. The toilet tissue location is so far away that you have to twist your body into an acrobatic way to touch the tissue. There is no space to put shampoo or soap in the shower booth. There's not enough space to put soap in the sink. In addition, it does not provide soap. Items provided include shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

Apartment was very spacious & great value, when we checked in after a long late flight at 2am the reception gentleman was so helpful & took great care of us. Good facilities with pool, playground & breakfast included.

Location was out of town centre, but we did know that when booking. Could have some more utensils provided in kitchen. Also two lift keys would be handy for a family

Poor offer of the breakfast. Also the windows of the apartment are very poor, acoustic wise. The noise of the traffic is very clear. During the night you can hear clearly the traffic, which is quite uncomfortable.

The apartment was huge! The apartment was really nice and clean and full if amenities. Great places near by for food and for shopping. The apartment is far from the city centre, which is fine as you can take a taxi into the centre.
