The breakfast was very good, there were a lot of choices. Location was great, everything was close by our hotel.

I didn’t see any extra pillows or blankets in the room. We didn’t have a microwave or coffee pot. No closet to hang coats or clothes but there were hook in the room on the walls.

The stay was great for my non-profit organization. It was walking distance from Kalahari facilities, restaurants, and movie theatre. The shuttle on the weekend was a plus, as well as the shuttle provided by Kalahari resorts! Staff did its best to accommodate all of our needs.The breakfast offered was great especially the French toast and fresh breakfast sandwiches. There was no pool but the rooftop was everything. Avid did offer an extension to an indoor/ outdoor Pool at partnering hotel Holiday INN. It was a minimum version of a water park and no more than 5 minutes away; as guest we had full day access. Amazing for the children and families traveling with my organization. We had such a great time and very much child oriented!!

I had a great experience at the Avid Hotel in Wisconsin Dells. The entire place felt fresh, clean, and modern—from the lobby to the rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout shades, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and quick. I also loved the grab-and-go breakfast options in the morning—simple, fresh, and convenient. The location is perfect—right off the highway and close to major attractions like Kalahari and the outlet mall. It was the perfect home base for our trip to the Dells. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay!

Excellent location close to many restaurants. And, the rooms & overall hotel, are all very clean! The best part of this hotel was having the roof patio and fire pits overlooking the busy city and highways.

The shower hot water could be hotter. And, we had to call guest services our first evening because there was so much thumping and bouncing that we were experiencing from the room above us. After we called, guest services did a good job in having the occupants of the room above us quite down. Are the floors in the hotel not soundproofed very well? Or, is it because the hotel does not have carpet on the floors, but, has tile instead on all their guest room floors.

Very clean, and friendly staff. Lots of pets- no smells or stains though. We happened to be put into a disability access room which was very spacious and had many aids- removable shower seat, high counters, good space for wheelchair access, multiple shower railings, double shower head, one of which was adjustable. Breakfast was grab and go but fine: yogurts, fresh fruit, cereals, granola bars, hot premade breakfast sandwiches, coffee, a juice, etc. Appears to be a new facility. Next to a Dunkin Donuts and the Mac n cheese restaurant as well as Cracker Barrel.

Shampoo and conditioner bottles ran out, it gal at the desk got some for us.

Very clean, comfortable bed, and helpful staff. I initially thought the room was on the small side, but very well designed. Great for a short stay. Huge TV on the wall over the middle of the bed where both sides can see it. Had all the things you need such as shampoo, body wash etc. Great roof patio overlooking the area, very relaxing before going out to dinner. Will stay again when in the area

I cannot think of anything that I did not like. Had 24 hour coffee, the machine ground the coffee bean then brewed it, it was good. Not a breakfast person so cannot speak to the food.

I really liked how the rooms are really updated and aesthetic. I really like the showers they have and the staff were really helpful. The rooms are really clean and organized. I really recommend this hotel to other people.

I think the breakfast should be a little bit better than that because at one point we had to wait for the servers to get more food out since there was not enough for the people that were eating. Something that I didn’t like is that we wanted to request an extra bed or at least a room with the sofa so An extra guest can sleep in the room, but that was impossible Because there is not an option in the hotel, and we kinda had to squeeze in in one room. Whenever you are booking, just be sure To have an extra person in your room because They are not going to be able to accommodate an extra guest in your room since that’s not an option.

I felt it was an exceptional value for a newly remodeled location. The property was well maintained, clean and quiet! They also fulfilled my request for a room on the top floor👍

I didn't like that I was unable to find any accurate information on the cost for a pet pass. The only info I was able to come across said $25 pet fee. Turns out the fee for a pet is $29 per night. More than I was expecting but cheaper than a kennel 😉

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The location was also nice.

The bed was comfy but I kept waking up because of the fire alarm right above the bed but they had nice black oout curtains. We also arrived early and had to come back to check in but staff tried to walk into the room about two hrs after being there which kinda of scared me. also the breakfast wasn't great so we left for breakfast but the coffee was good. The rooftop was also a cool option to hangout but it closes at 10 pm

Breakfast was fine, especially the omelets, yogurt and snack bars. Location convenient and suitable for my purpose. TV controls were easy. Desk chair and bed were comfortable. Room temperature easy to control. Room decor cheerful and pleasant. Desk clerk asked for my choice of floor before assigning a room.

No coffee maker in the room. I didn't notice that when I booked it. Not a big deal but had I been aware when I was checking in I might have asked for a room closer to the lobby where there is 24-hour coffee service.
