Location for visiting tourist areas which are VERY heavily used
There is a need for maintenance. I notified the front desk.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the iconic Pike Place Market sign. It's also within easy reach of other major attractions like the downtown core, Pioneer Square, and the Seattle Art Museum. The hotel's aesthetics are very appealing, featuring a classy design with a green palette.
The sink was separated from where the shower and toilet were, which seemed a bit unusual to me. Additionally, the shower's water pressure wasn't very strong, and the towels had quite a lot of fabric dust.

This hotel immediately puts you in a fantastic mood: ambiance, service, decor, furnishings, comfort, and location are top notch. Without asking, I was able to check in a few hours early, was given 2 free drink cards ( Smokey Eye with mezcal + tequila, yum ) + was floored with the size of my King Studio room. We hung out in the eclectic + comfortable lobby to start the day with light filtering in from the skylight and heat from the fireplace, to plan our adventures for the day. Walking to the art gallery and to Jazz Alley was easy. The affiliated parking garage was secure + served us well. The rain shower was nice + bath products were fab. I had nice chats with staff + will return. Recommendations to friends + family will be made!

The location is excellent and I love the design. The bunkbed room was perfect for me and my friend and the beds were comfortable. The shower worked well and the provided products were nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the drink coupon for the attached restaurant was a nice bonus. There's an Hmart for snacks within walking distance.
As other reviews noted, there's a lot of very early morning noise in the alley outside the hotel. Although there is a coffee maker in the room, we had to ask several times for coffee pods. We also had to ask for our room to be cleaned. The bathroom door requires a lot of pulling, lifting (and noise) to get it to stay closed. We wanted to try the restaurant for dinner on our last night, but it was closed for an event without warning (no posted signs).

This hotel is very convenient to Pike Place Market and the Seattle waterfront. I loved the boutique hotel vibe and the quirky details like the old style fridge that held the minibar items. There was just enough space for me to store my own bottle of water and a soda. The Nespresso machine was a great touch and I liked that tea was provided in addition to espresso pods. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I ordered room service breakfast which arrived within the time requested and it was an amazing serving of French toast and smashed breakfast potatoes.
The table holding the Nespresso machine was located in a corner without an electrical outlet, so I had to drag the table over to a spot near the door where I could plug in the machine. I wish there had been a chair in the room. I ordered room service breakfast (which was amazing), but had to eat it sitting on the bed with the tray sitting on the end of the bed next to me. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim and I wish it had been brighter for makeup application.

Really great staff - very helpful and friendly. Good location, right by the market. Nice breakfast although a bit pricey.
Quite a noisy area with some sirens at night - but i appreciated the ear plugs in the bathroom pot! The mini bar was v pricey - be careful! The area is great during the day but we found a lot of the restaurants closed by 9pm during the week so make sure you go out early!

Loved the decor, the style of the lobby, the rooms, and the restaurant. It had a very welcoming and stylish vibe and a nice break from what was going on outside (tourists/homeless). Staff were very friendly.
We would have appreciated a room that was either higher or not facing the lane, where there was a lot of homeless and drug induced noise. We were on the second floor, above the alley, and heard every word of those walking through the lane, some with serious mental health issues. I realize that earplugs were provided but that is not an adequate solution. The bed was far too soft and if our stay was for any longer period, we may have had to change hotels/rooms. Charging $18 for a bottle of water was absolutely ridiculous and somewhat insulting.

Beautifully stylish. Like British vogue or a Anderson film. All of this and also cozy. The sitting room near the lobby invites you sit down and stay a while. The rooms were also beautiful. Beds comfortable. Excellent pillows.
Although the mini bar was beautifully curated, I would have loved a couple of complimentary bottles of water rather than just the $13.00. I also ended up paying $48 dollars to park TWICE because the first time, the lot was only open until two so I had to move it to another one. By the time I got to moving it, I ended up at another expensive event parking because I couldn’t find the lot the man at the front desk suggested. Call ahead of time and ask them where to park.

Great location, if you don't have a vehicle to deal with. Funky rooms (with slightly funky smell), but appeared very clean (funky smell probably from old carpet in the rooms).
Carpet in the rooms that made the room smell old and musty, no on-site/concierge parking (and affiliated parking garage was a bit dodgy for a single woman after dark), mattress had seen better days, and don't love the bathroom sink located separate from the toilet (and sink/bathroom mirror areas was very poorly lit - impossible for make up)!

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bar staff were equally so. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect.
There was some significant loud banging from the parking lot or building next door at 5:30 in the morning on our first morning. Obviously, not anything to do with the hotel, but very annoying. The bar closed a little early. We thought we would have a drink just after 9:00 on a Saturday and it was closed. The water pressure was inconsistent in our room. It was very dark by the mirror over the sink. Not sure why dark colors are used by a mirror you want to see yourself in.
