The room was spacious and the bed firm but comfortable. The building was quiet for the most part. Plenty of hot water when I showered. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry was $2.50 for washer and $2.25 for quite a long dry. You need quarters and can get change from the front desk. The machines actually don't take credit cards even though they look like they do. Could use a sign in there explaining that so people don't waste their time trying to make cards work.

The room hadn't been cleaned well before arrival. It seemed like they changed the sheets and that's it. Floor wasn't clean, there was residue on toilet seat, and there was food from former occupant in fridge and freezer. Police seen cruising the parking lot at night, also a shady car lingering near the front entrance that left when police arrived. Building security is better than in most hotels though.

I didn't like the fact that all of the dishes, silverware, cups, pots, and pans were saved for workers from Boeing, and nobody else could have any. The was a whole rack full of everything needed but we were told we couldn't use any of them because some workers from Boeing were coming in... (so not even there yet) and it was all saved for them. LAME

All of the staff members were incredibly friendly. Bathroom and kitchen were clean and exceeded my expectations given the room price. The bed had nice linens and was very comfortable. Direct TV was an added bonus with a good selection of channels.

The chairs in the first room I stayed in (307) were terribly worn out. This is my only complaint regarding accommodations. The furnishings in the second room I stayed in (431) were in much better condition.

Full kitchen, plenty of room to put things down, "constant on" fan, plus windows were open for fresh air when we got here - even in the stairwells. Outdoor lights did not shine in at night necessitating closing the curtains. Friendly staff greeted us every time we came in. Secure indoor hallways.

Bed was quite small for two people - thought we were getting two or at least a queen. My husband was bothered by the I-5 noise, although I wasn't.

The staff was exceptionally helpful. The rooms and facility clean. For the price it was a good value.

Needed more access to amenities like pool, food, or just a Jaccuzi. Sight seeing places(maybe pamphlets or one page handout). Maybe convince local store to do a satalite center or coffee "box" near by for early morning risers...Also offer treats to guests.(Cookies?)

It was quiet, and I got some good rest during my stay. Breakfast was outstanding as usual.

There wasn't anything particularly bad about the hotel. I would recommend it to any of my friends for sure. I wish the price to stay was a little cheaper but I had to pay for quality.

The price.

The first room smelled horrible, like cigarettes. So the girl moved us. The second room smelled pretty bad too, but my husband didn’t want to move rooms again. Our room did not have a table to sit at.

I liked the fact that noise was controlled and I didn't hear my neighbors so I could have a good night sleep. I am a light sleeper and that is always a big bonus for me. So yes I will return to this facility.

I was disappointed there was no hair dryer or shampoo and conditioner available

It's great for going to work and also for heading out and doing sight seeing or shopping.

They need to fix the washing machines so they can take card again.

Quiet, private, clean, friendly

I definitely am accustomed to thicker blankets. The heating unit was really noisy. No hair dryer available. They only toiletry soap was a bar of soap.
