We absolutely love the location of this hotel. This is our 3rd stay here and we're never disappointed. The breakfasts are great and the staff is super. The Mast General Store is right down the street and we always find beautiful items and fun retro candy. Well Hung is great for a flight or just a great bottle of wine. And, of course, you can't miss the Roanoke Pinball Museum. So walkable.

Parking is a little awkward but it's a downtown venue so the price you pay for convenience. It would be great if the parking fee were waived but, again, worth the walkability. We're still happy with this hotel and would absolutely recommend it.

The woman who checked me in was incredibly helpful, very friendly, and professional. Parking was super convenient in the deck next door and only $8 for overnight parking. The location is very walkable to all that downtown Roanoke has to offer: excellent bars, restaurants, and charming shops. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property to anyone visiting Roanoke.

This is the second time staying at Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Roanoke VA. We chose Hampton because of the first stay, which was excellent and within two blocks of our event. The King bed room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast had a verity of offerings, with the western omelette and fried potatoes more than filling. The only improvement would keep the coffee hot and fresh.

The coffee was luke warm.

I enjoyed the breakfast variety. The location is in a great spot to walk to anything you may need during your stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the midweek housekeeping.

a little on the pricier side for the area, but you can’t beat the location! the only complaint I have is that when we arrived, the gate to the garage was broken so we had to park a bit further in another garage but it was still validated by the hotel so it worked out in the end!

It is a very well-appointed Hotel near Carilion and centrally located in downtown Roanoke, Virginia. We needed to check in in the middle of the night, and the hotel manager was very accommodating and kind.

Breakfast was okay. One night room was quiet. The next there was a lot of commotion in the hall late at night. Bed was very comfortable!!

A unique take on a downtown hotel - perched atop a parking deck with great views of this really beautiful and cool city. The views of downtown and the mountains at sunrise was unique and awesome! The interior was clean and up to date. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious and the attendant said "Good Morning"! Must be the southern charm. LOVED the place.

This was a nice location in town with parking very accessible. The staff was exceptional.

The pricing was a bit on the High side for two nights.

Great location for enjoying downtown Roanoke. Easy parking and access to major travel routes.

Mixed messages on servicing of room, but it was not an issue.
