From the moment we arrived, at around 12am, the front desk staff was very upbeat, helpful & kind. You would think it was day time hours with the energy she displayed. Breakfast was good, we were pleased to see a variety, (not just coffee & a pastry) there were eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, waffles, bagels, cinnamon rolls, juice, oatmeal and coffee. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the ac was amazing. The bathroom was spacious as well. Location to restaurants and shopping is excellent and close to the highway to head into DC/MD which we needed to do, so that was great

The things I did not like, but are not a big enough reason that we would not stay again are: 1. Floor of Bathtub had black stains on it even after I scrubbed it with bath cleaning solution and a scrub brush. 2. Black stain on wall right outside of shower. 3. Some type of stain all over ac, looked like spilled coffee.

The convenience was great! It’s an older property with a renovated lobby but it’s clean and a great deal with our Genius discount. We actually added a night to our trip and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff and bed made it a 9/10 experience.

This is a personal thing and doesn’t really effect the stay quality at all but, the TVs were old and small. The wifi wasn’t stable. Again personal things still an overall positive experience.

It's very good actually, great and quiet location.

just the room service, don't make room on a daily basis, and they might skip even though we ask for it. Breakfast options are very little. More important thing hotel management didn't respond to my queries on book.com and I had to book one night earlier, as I didn't get any feedback on the early check in on time.

Extremely clean room and bathroom. Break fast okay I would like to see more variety on fruits and meats like a Italian sausage mild or hot and fried. Potato fried,hash browns or potatoes tarts, small single servings of apple danish's variety of flavors

I will like to see more variety in the breakfast area and your hotel Italian sausage or hot sausage kielbasa sausage fried bacon real scrambled eggs and not the powdered eggs I would like to see more boiled eggs small single servings of danishes and bagels a variety of flavors and applesauce single serving and I will like to see small servings of milk and containers as well as juices that would improve your breakfast service for me I did not like the rest of it all I did not have a good enough variety too find something to eat when I was there at the hotel but the other than that just hotel was very very nice clean and staff was very helpful..

Everyone is very nice

The continental breakfast keeps getting less and less. No milk, yogurt, eggs, plates. I went down at 8:45 yesterday and there was no cereal, milk, yogurt, eggs, meat and the lack of coffee creamer.

The property was amazing and the staff are also amazing. The GM she is definitely amazing. She will help you out with whatever she can and so will the staff at the front desk. Definitely five stars.

Not enough seating outside, but other than that amazing

Amazing property, staff and the General Manager she is amazing and will help you with any issues that she can solve in her power. Everyone at the front desk is amazing and so nice and will do anything to help you out.

We didn't have any issues. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Also the breakfast consistently has hot scrambled eggs and sausage along with toast, cereal, coffee etc.

Location and the fact that it’s very quiet and not a lot of hustle and bustle.

 There’s not an ice machine on every floor and the elevators a little slow and the breakfast didn’t go in till 10 a.m.

Was very happy that we a first floor room. Location is great close to everything we wanted to do.

There was no water pressure in the shower was like it was blocked or something really sucked. Also went to use the pool and that was like getting into ice water so didn't use pool.
