The condos were very comfortable. We were not in the condo very long, except in the evening. The location is 5 miles outside of Moab. I thought it might be to far away from the Arches or Canyonland. But I was wrong. There is a main highway right by the condo.

There is not an ice machine. Seems kind of petty I know. But when we were hiking in 95 degrees plus. It is nice to have cold water. Bonus though, the freezer makes ice real fast. It would have been nice to have several more ice trays to make ice. There are 2 trays. This was probably my own problem since I travel with a large family.

Probably the best value for a 3BR condo around the Moab area. Above standard level for cleanliness, size of unit, and amenities with similar properties. Parking was plentiful and full kitchen and grill were super bonuses for eating in.

The location was a bit off the beaten path from Downtown Moab, but others that want to stay away from any hustle & bustle might find that as a plus. Shared/common areas of the unit were a bit small, particularly the living room.

Pretty spacious living conditions. Loved the ground floor access and being poolside! Loved the full kitchen and laundry with the swim towels, bbq and cooler being big bonuses.

You can hear some noise from upstairs at times. The beds, especially our king bed, was noisy too move on and too firm. Most of the pillows on beds could use an update, but honestly everything else was fantastic.

Easy check in. Roomy, in unit laundry. All the comforts of home. Great value.

Arrived after a day of hiking. Looked forward to the pool and hot tub that was advertised. The hot tub was cold and no jets working. The pool was warm and kind of cloudy. After calling the manager, someone came out the next day and put up a sign saying the whole area was closed by the health department. Bathroom floor tile grout in dire need of cleaning. People upstairs had children that thought they were at the playground until 9pm. Thank goodness they put them to bed.

This was the perfect size for our family- The condo had everything we needed- even an ice chest for travels to the national parks! It was super convenient to have two bathrooms, laundry, and a full kitchen with dishwasher and disposal. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The condos are close enough to downtown Moab so not to be in the busy part, but easy to access shops and restaurants. When we got in, there was a slight issue with the air conditioner- but the management was super responsive and helpful and had it addressed quickly.

The dryer was a bit tricky to figure out, but we got there in the end!

lots of room and very comfortable. larger then I thought it would be. kitchen had everything we needed and loved that there was a laundry room. overall very comfortable stay.

all the beds were very squeaky. every time any of us would move the bed would squeak. mattresses were ok but I would def change the frames of the beds to not squeak. washing machine was very dirty needs to be cleaned. mold is growing at the top rim.

Loved the full kitchen, cleanliness of the place, ease of access, etc. Overall it was a great stay.

One con: The only thing that I would suggest is mattress replacement. In our unit they were old (could visibly see where each side had been worn in with the dent in the mattress and hump in the middle). By the end of the week most people in our group of six stated they were waking up with some pain from the old mattresses. Some started sleeping on the couch as it was more comfortable. Aside from this it was absolutely fantastic.

The beds were comfortable. Access to the unit and to the pool was great. Although it was located on the far side of town, everything is conveniently located a few minutes by car.

The unit was a little tired, the kitchen could have been better equipped, the pool could have been heated but the hot tub made up for it, and we were happy after traveling so far to get there.

This condo had everything we needed for our family. Plenty of room, nice appliances, beds and towels. They supplied us with a portable cooler which was really nice to have for our trips to the national parks. The pool was nice to come back to after a day of hiking to be refreshed. It was also very nice of them to look into us checking in an hour early.

Clean and tidy property. Good size kitchen and dining area, comfortable beds. No noise from other guests. We enjoyed using the pool. Easy communication with host.

It's quite a long way outside of Moab; we had to drive to get into town. The balcony door didn't lock properly. The air conditioning was noisy.
