Everything was fine. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The signage to this location is poor. We generally turn into a side street, go across the neighboring property's parking lot, and cross a bridge into LaQuinta's parking lot. It seems very awkward. I didn't realize the front entry is actually into the hotel until this last trip. It appears to be entering the neighboring business facing the loop. Also, there was a lot of traffic noise in our room.

The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was in working order. We didn't eat breakfast.

We just don't feel as welcome at the University location as we do at the South Tyler location. The desk clerk checked us in efficiently, but he wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. This is our 2nd time to stay, and had the same experience both times, different clerks. l also have to add that $5 for a 2.3 oz. can of Pringles chips is way beyond a convenience mark-up. That's ridiculous. The noise from traffic was also disturbing.

The breakfast was very good! I was very happy with it! And when I discovered the tub drain plug was working they fixed it immediately!

The snack store was way too expensive! I got 2 waters and one cup of noodles totaling $15 and will not indulge again. Had it been more appropriate I would have utilized it often in my stay!

It was okay. Two days in a row there was no milk to go with the cereal being offered. It may have been due to it being a holiday weekend but it seemed like the kitchen staff could not keep up and meet the needs of the people. There were so many people just standing and waiting for food to be brought out. It would be gone as soon as they put it down for most options.

The food issue was really the only complaint I had. The facility is beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Loved the cleanliness of the rooms. The bath towels were so thick and soft; they were wonderful. Breakfast was included and had lots of options.

We had a room located off the highway and in the early morning you could really hear the traffic. The refrigerator outer door opened one direction while the actual frig opened the other direction and wasn't level.

I always enjoy the breakfast.

This time we stayed on the third floor and air fresheners were definitely needed for the hallways. As soon as you got off the elevator it just smelled musty our entire stay.

The breakfast was good with a variety to choose from. The halls were quiet with no doors slamming in the middle of the night.

I thought the room was too expensive. I came to care from my parents and the hotel was close to their home. I will stay here in the future if it is more reasonably priced. I will stay elsewhere if it’s not.

Very friendly staff and very welcoming.

Staff/ Cleaning ladies knocking at the door at 9:00am when check out is at 11:00am. I would have liked to get unerupted sleep as long as possible.

I don't like the fact that u was double charged after I paid through the app I had to pay and extra 150 when I checked in for the deposit

They Breakfast was good. They had lots to choose from.

I don’t know if the walls were thin or that the person in the room next to me was snoring that loud. Had to sleep with the TV on to drown out what sounded like a bear. Housekeeping came to my room both days that I stayed kind of early around 9 am but I was asleep on checkout day and she came knocking. I mean check out is at 11am, can she not wait to clean after I check out.
