Facilities, value, and location.
breakfast coffee was empty 2 of 4 days on the first try. Had to come back for coffee. Th lateris was around 7:00AM both times. It could have been because the folks are asked to do too much at times.

the staff the supervisor Tim is awesome I fell on hard times and him and his team has been the best helping me my mom and son out
I don’t like some of the individuals who stayed at the hotel but the hotel it’s self is great
