Free fresh fruit is available all day, good selection of snack are available for purchase. The room come with a microwave oven and refrigerator, adequate plugs for charging IPHONES, IPADS etc. Friendly staff always trying to give customer satisfaction. Good location away from major traffic noise quiet during the night. Good variety of hot and cold items for breakfast including home made oatmeal, hot items change every morning. Adequate space to eat breakfast or relax. The pool is adequate for recreation and laps.

The water pressure for the shower is low but adequate. Instructions should be provide how to switch from tub facet water flow to shower flow, it not just pulling the plug on the facet.

I was really enjoyed my stay until I walked in the room with my socks on and I saw bunch of dog hair stick on them. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, specifically the carpet. The amount of dog hair was excessive and disgusting. It was clear that the carpet hadn't been properly cleaned or maintained, and it made for an uncomfortable stay. I hope the property takes steps to address this issue for future guests. Or maybe have a room specifically for guests with pets. Even though, I’m going to rate 9 because I like the property location, breakfast and staff.

The location of this hotel was very convenient for our business meetings, and this was main reason for selecting this place. The hotel is in very good conditions, nice large rooms, clean, quiet (far enough from Katy freeway that there is no traffic noise). Breakfast is good and standard for this category of hotels. Overall, very recommended. Friendly and efficient staff.

Friendly staff, Clean room and facility, large bathroom, exceptional breakfast, adequate equipment in fitness center clean pool long enough for laps, fruit was available all day for tenants plus other items to snack., the price was reasonable within my budget.

The bottom sheet was dirty, only one day certain breakfast items were in short supply, location was isolated which required driving instead of walking to obtain items.

The lady at the desk gave me a free upgrade when I told her I was a nurse, relocating from 1200 miles away. She was super kind and friendly. Great location right off of I10. Room was updated and comfortable. Continental breakfast was great!! Quiet location, considering its right next to the freeway.

Some really loud noises outside in the late evening. Couldn't really tell what it was. Sounded like fireworks, but not a time of year or occasion that it would've made sense for them. Stopped around 9 pm, so, didn't interrupt sleep at all.

What really made the experience pleasant for us was to have front desk engagement, and this person was Bridget. She is a beautiful person who understands valuing people in practical ways. For example, saying good morning, eye contact, smile, and acknowledgment. Thank you for employing Bridget at your location.

The location was great! Lauren at the front desk was AMAZING! The breakfast buffet was good!

The mattress was not the best - all 4 were lumpy and not very comfortable. Disappointed that with the size of the hotel and parking lot, there were only 3 handicap spots that we could find. Two in the front and 1 on the side but 4 Diamond award spots. Appreciate their loyalty to your hotel, but more spaces would have been helpful.

The facility was really nice. It's somewhat reminded me of convention type space. And I always appreciate a complimentary breakfast that includes a waffle station.

I'm not sure if it was the pillows or the mattress but I was achy when I woke up.

Room was nice size and clean. I didn’t see any bugs during the week stay. Staff was very friendly.

The little bit of snow they had closed the city down so don’t ever go if they plan to get snow. Only bad complaint is the washer and dryer is $6 a load. The breakfast wasn’t good on weekdays.

The room was spacious and had a great working area, the bed was extremely comfortable as well. Breakfast was great, lots of choices and the breakfast attendants were so helpful.

There was never any ice available, the 2nd floor machine was out of order. There were a lot of competition dance/cheer girls so I think they all filled out their coolers early in the morning.
