Housekeeping every other day (with fresh towels, floors vacuumed, trash removed, dishes washed, beds made). It was wonderful to be able to cook Christmas dinner for my family in the full kitchen, complete with pots/pans, dishes, dishwasher, stove, oven, and full fridge. Daniella at the front desk was super sweet, especially upon our late arrival. All of our needs (extra toilet paper, towels, linens, etc.) were met, as requested, for our 6 night stay. Absolutely my best extended stay hotel experience in the Houston area so far, notwithstanding the below negative incident.

Unfortunately, on our second night (12/26, early morning of 12/27), we heard gunfire that was taking place a couple of blocks from the hotel room. Multiple police cars responded, confirming that it was not fire crackers or celebratory in nature. The hotel does lock the door promptly at 10 PM, so I was not afraid of possible intrusion; however, due to safety concerns, I made sure that I and my children were back at the hotel by 10 PM every night because of this (what appears to be an isolated) incident.

I like the late check-in and location of room/hotel, breakfast variety.

I didn't like that the room was not refreshed and restocked with towels and toilet paper after the first night. Also, when I stripped bed on the last day there, the mattress was very stained up and was horrified that I even slept two nights in that bed. Carpet and furniture needed to replace, l refused to sit on the sofa and chair. Only sit at the table. I didn't say anything because we were gone for the most part. I'm sure my daughter has an opinion of her own about her experience.

The staff was so welcoming from the moment we got there. Iesha at the front desk was more than accommodating when we had an issue in our room and the maintenance guy, Patrick, was super friendly and nice to talk to. It was just a real pleasure to stay there for the short amount of time we did. Breakfast was good, room was cozy, everything was clean. Not much to complain about!

The air freshener was a little strong.

The kitchen is very convenient. The smoking area is easy to access. The Uber loading zone is also close to the front door. The convenient store inside the hotel is helpful.

There is a road construction site beside the hotel which make the entrance from the road to the hotel is not very convenient.

The parking lot was pretty clean.. I was greeted at the door when my husband and I walked in I like that the room had a mini stove and a refrigerator. There were no forks and only 1 spoon .It would've been nice, at least to have 2 of each. Overall, we liked the studio room. And the things that were in it.

My husband and I stay in room 422. As we walked in, the dishwasher was on. The sink was dirty, full of coffee grind. The shower curtain was so long that I was stepping on it while showering, that's dangerous, and I could've slipt. The pillows for the size of the bed were not enough. Every time I pulled a kleenex of the box, it was wet.. Also, the worst toilet paper. Thank God I'll always carry flushable wipes when I travel.. During breakfast, it would have been nice to have bacon. We did not like the turkey sausage. My personal opinion for cleaning. There should be like some kind of inspection paper and sign and then have management check it for clearance. Before I guess steps in.

The breakfast was really hot and fresh. The pool was clean and adequate for families. The parking was spacious and no one was loitering.

Our room had a very, unpleasant odor. We had to open the windows and go buy air freshener.

Room was clean and comfortable. The shower already had shampoo and body wash. Coffee available in the front.

I feel the morning breakfast was limited. Maybe adding some pancakes and more fruits.

The staff were very professional. I loved the breakfast. I absolutely loved my experience and will be looking forward to returning in the near future..

Clean near by malls shops restaurants it accommodated everything you could need We were very pleased with our stay! Will stay again!
