It was the nicest holiday inn express I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was clean and well-kept. The rooms were large. The beds were comfortable. The bedding was nice. Their breakfast was good. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

Sometimes I didn’t answer the front desk when you called… That was frustrating if something was wrong in the room… Like the Directtv going out, which ours did. That was my only issue access to staff when needed.

I've stayed here before and because of the staff and their attentiveness to my needs that's why I stay here when I travel to Ft. Worth from Houston. And the breakfast is delicious too. Rooms always clean and cleaning staff always willing to help if I need their services.

Maybe a better tv service.

The property was great

I didn’t like that I paid $205 and when I arrived at 330pm my room was not really. They text me at 630 pm and said my room was ready. I have never had any problem until Friday June 13th

One of the best hotel breakfasts I have encountered, good selection and basically well prepared. Conformable bed and relatively quiet thru the night. Parking fit my limited ability to walk.

Bed closer to floor. I had a difficult time getting into bed. Air-conditioner compress sounded like it was in a failure mode. Was able to sleep but m y daughter was not.

It was just what we needed for a road trip overnight stay. Clean, comfy beds, hot shower and a decent breakfast.

Nothing, all good for what we needed.

I didn't like having to stand and extend my arm and hold remote control at top of TV to change the channel.

The breakfast was great. everything was clean and well placed, staff was present to help with any questions.

The outside of Hotel could be a little deceiving. Plants where over grown.

Staff was excellent and the rooms was very clean. Thaw bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve every slept in as far as hotels are concerned.

I think the price was a little high

Best hotel in Fairfield. Clean, friendly staff and great amenities.

This hotel was a delightful surprise. Modern, stylish and clean. The woman at check in was fabulous. I was surprised at how large the room was. I would have gladly stayed a week or two.

All was perfect.
