Location was perfect. The beach was clean and not over crowded. The resort is quiet and the security staff around the pool take their job seriously and make sure people are behaving as they should. We have stayed all over the grand strand and this was by far our favorite place to stay.

The unit we stayed in could use an update of paint. This is just more wear and tare stuff than a fault. We found the living room furniture was uncomfortable. After a long day on the beach; it’s nice to just sit and chill. We just couldn’t get comfortable on the furniture. This is by no means a point that would break us from staying there again.

The beds were not that comfortable. The hot water only lasted 15 minutes for a shower. No oven, only a stove top.

The location was get. Shopping and restaurants where near by.

The sleeper sofa could be replaced with one more comfortable while looking at the beautiful ocean views

The views are great, the amenities like the pools and hotubs were fantastic. The description however listed washer and dryer, oven, and full access to restaurants at the condo. There was no washer or dryer, no oven and the restaurant below was for owners of the condos only. The fitness center along with other amenities required a key card for access that only the owners have. The price of the breakfast was insane for what little they offered. To access the unit you needed a code for the key pad. In the email the rental company sends it says it's listed within the email but it's not. We had to text the number on the email multiple times to get access. The pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable (not expecting great sleep but still....). We came for the beach and we got great views and great access. I believe we had high expectations based on the listing and were let down. These were some of the issues/annoyances. All in all....Airbnb and VRBO are way easier.

The view was amazing and it was comfortable and I felt like home away from home. It was comfy and everything was clean and well taken care of.

I wish I would have known while booking that the indoor pool which I was relying on taking my kids to the beach in the winter was closed as well as the hot tubs both inside and out. This was a disappointment. I wish I would have known. I would have requested money back also booked for a family of 6. We put our kids in the bedroom with 2 bed traveling with 3 kids. My husband and I were going to take the pullout couch. If you’re going to provide a pull out couch, make sure it is big enough for a 6 foot adult to sleep on and provide an egg crate, memory foam or better mattress to allow for a more comfortable night sleep for all involved parties.
