Then location was great, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast options were plentiful.

I didn't like that the website didn't mention the hotel was under major expansion construction which severly impacted the use of the indoor pools/jacuzzis. This one of the main reasons I selected this hotel due to the indoor options considering the weather would be on the chilly side.

Breakfast was good with a variety of options — omelettes, oatmeal, waffles, breakfast meats, pastries, etc. It was located near the main lobby and allowed for plenty of room to maneuver. Plenty of seating. Room was large and roomy. The hotel was clean and in good condition. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Tristan at the front desk was awesome! Check-in was a breeze and no hassles. Cannot speak for the pools as it was February when we visited. Would definitely recommend and will be back. They allow pets and that’s a big plus for us. The pet fee is fair.

I like how clean and comfortable the room we were in was. They even upgraded us! I loved the customer service, the kindness and generosity. Breakfast was good, there were eggs, sausage, potatoes , waffles, grits, oatmeal, cereal, bread, pastries, muffins, fruits and yogurts, but wish I saw bacon while I was there 😂 Coffee was great! The jacuzzi was awesome! And loved that they are pet friendly, I believe the pet fee was $75 for 4 days in total.

I felt that the price was way too high, parking was great, but they do charge $15 a night. I didn't like that the pool was too cold, but it wasn't a total deal breaker.

My kids loved the access to the beach and the varies pools. The room was comfortable and clean and we had an amazing view of the beach.

I didn't like that there were so many pets on the premises. My son is allergic to dogs and having them in the same elevator as him was a problem. Even if they were not in the elevator with us, the smell of them lingered in the elevator. Every time my son went into the elevator he had issues. Maybe you can create a pet only elevator to make it better for those with allergies. Also, pet only rooms. Dander lingers in rugs no matter how many times you vacuum. As a matter of fact, vacuuming makes the dander go into the air.

You have to pay for parking. $15 a day. This wasn’t mentioned in my booking or part of my booking total. I didn’t see anything on the website about having to pay for parking. The breakfast area gets crowded QUICK. The staff had trouble keeping up with having food and coffee ready for the amount of people that came for breakfast every morning. Our door to our room was also really really hard to open I’m not sure if it wasn’t aligned right or if they had recently painted the door frame but you had to use a decent amount of force to get the door open after scanning your card

We had a wonderful stay. Our suite was very cozy and clean. The beds were very comfortable too. It was in a perfect location right on the beach (Ocean front) and close to all the fun attractions yet far enough away to not be pestered by noise and commotion. We had an amazing stay and will be back for our next vacation.

The breakfast that is included only had 2 staff members working it. In the future to be able to accommodate the HUGE number of guests staying they need more help to make food and get it put out for guests. We waited in line one morning for 45 minutes. The next 3 mornings the line was even longer so we went elsewhere for breakfast.

We had an issue regarding the smell of weed coming through our bathroom. I was contacted by Tristin the supervisor and she was amazing. She apologized and moved our room within a few hours. The hotel staff were professional and very hospitable! We ordered dinner one night at the restaurant and the food was delicious and portions were great.

I can’t really say anything about the property that I did not like. The only thing is the parking garage could be cleaner. The hotel itself was extremely clean.

So many outside pools and sauna outside. Two kiddy pools. A parking deck to keep your car out of the sun. Beautiful breakfast deck area . Very clean. Everything updated and working. Super nice people. Kitchenette rooms have new appliances not old junk. Bathroom had both a shower and tub. Two big screen TVs ( living and bedroom).

Only thing is the bed was a little hard, but in no way a dealbreaker and we had the think for a long time about anything we didn’t like about our stay.

Parking garage was a plus since my car is garage kept. Breakfast was good and something different every morning. Pool and lazy river! Beach access very accommodating. Room clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The only thing I saw that could use some up keep was the shower rod and curtain. Shower rod partially coming out of wall. Shower curtain was clean, but very worn with holes in it. The ceiling in the room had dark spots in several areas.
