We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean & the staff was friendly & helpful. The kitchenette was very convienent when we just felt like making food & relaxing in the room. We had a great view & were very close to the beach. My teenagers enjoyed all the activities & excitement on the strip in the evening that we were located right by. We had No problem sleeping at night with the music from businesses close by. We could just close the balcony door when we were ready to go to sleep & the room was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked the view from the balcony. Although it wasn't Oceanview the view of the strip was great.

I didn't like the fact that during the whole 3 days we were there we had absolutely no room service. I had to call for someone to come and get my trash and bring more cleans towels. Our bedding was never changed after the front specifically asked me if I wanted my room serviced the next day. The next came we got up and went out came back and still no service.

It is Close to every major attraction. Walking distance to restaurants & amusements.

Floors could have been cleaned better. The bottom of our feet were filthy from stepping on the floor.

Location, free parking, the room, the view. From balcony could see beach and that insane Slingshot ride! Not a long wait time for the elevator. Kitchenette had a big fridge (able to refreeze blue ices for my cooler).

Extra $150 charge per night if you broke anything...not sure when that will be credited back... Hot tub not working Those same awful coffee packages to go with those little weird coffee makers-- anyone who enjoys drinking coffee does not want those. Either a real (small) drip coffee maker or a Keurig with the ability to purchase good quality pods and cream downstairs, maybe? (Sorry it's a bit of a rant.)

I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay with you. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Even the workers went out of their way to make sure I had the correct directions to get to certain places. Everyone that works there that I had any interaction with has been wonderful. I got hurt on my first day there at the BEACH, so I had a bum hip for the whole week, which I felt it put a damper on my family's vacation. But You all were so helpful. Thank you again for your hospitality and we WILL Be visiting your hotel again for sure in the future. I absolutely loved my stay and my room was perfect. I cannot emphasize enough on how NICE everyone was. Thank you, Thank you!

The Pool was very dirty... Not complaining... just letting you know. Alot of leaves and bugs and stuff floating on top of the water.... I actually took the net and cleaned out what I could for the kids to get in.

Location was nice, price was great, even though it wasn't directly on the beach, you could still see the ocean from the balcony. Pretty view.

The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable..but I am a picky person when it comes to a bed and pillows. I normally bring my pillow, but I decided not to for one night, but wish I would've. I also wish I would've brought my travel Keurig but didn't want to pack for one night. I used the coffee and coffee maker in the room, and it was terrible coffee. I don't know how many of those packs of coffee it needs to make a decent pot of coffee, but It was very weak. Looked like tea. Everything else was really good. I would stay here again, I just know to bring my pillow and my coffee things 😄
