It was nice being able to check in later than 5:00. We liked that the Welcome Center was open 24 hours. This made it very convenient for us. We also liked the free coffee and doughnuts/pastries. Pamela was amazing!! She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and really made our stay wonderful. We liked having the two bedrooms and the kitchen. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the free washer/dryer were a nice bonus. Another plus was the complimentary (except for tips) golf cart shuttle to and from the beach. The drivers were so friendly and it was a quick 5 minute ride to the beach. The welcome basket with popcorn, laundry detergent, coffee, etc. was also a nice touch!

We were disappointed that we had to move from one villa to another half way through our stay. We did not realize we would have to do this when we booked and only found out 2 days before we were leaving for our vacation. This needs to be spelled out on the Booking.com website in the future so that people know this in advance.

Very comfortable, clean, location great, quite, friendly staff, free laundry room, The grounds were very nice and well taken care of. Not too far from the beach- about a 10 minute walk (although I can’t walk that far with my bad knee). Had almost everything you need there. Had a bad coffee pot and they were right there with another one. Enjoyed my stay!

The entrance to get to the back on the main street was hard to find and had construction going on. I did use the side entrance most of the time as it was easier to find.

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Grounds were pretty. They let us check in early. It was nice to have access to fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub. Good location. Great value compared to other places on the island. Short walk (10 min.) to beach.

Outdoor pool was closed and we were not told about it in advance. Decor a bit outdated.

Customer service and property management was exceptional. The entire property and my room met my expectations. The management office had coffee, yes, fruit and snacks daily. The was clean and everything you needed to cook with and a coffee starter set. There was also a sauna in the room. The property was quite and all guest were respectful to each other. The also provided beach towels and an on-site laundry station.

It's a cute little place that seems to have been quite recently renovated, nothing fancy but everything's in excellent working order and incredibly clean. Add a nicely equipped fitness center and indoor pool with jacuzzi to that. Outdoor pool was open too but we didn't risk it in November. Very friendly staff doing an excellent job. It's not right on the beach, if that's what you're looking for, but was perfect for us. We enjoyed having to actually walk and just making a couple of trips a day to the beach or to Coligny plaza, or to some nearby restaurant were able to make our daily step count with ease. Plus there is a shuttle (golf car) that will take you places if you are not up for that walk or had one too many cocktails on the beach or at Coligny.

As to the negatives, THE LOUDEST air conditioning system and fridge I have ever encountered. The fridge would literally jump scare you out of your sleep as it starts despensing ice (which you can turn off) or just hiss (which you can't do anything about( in the middle of the night. Same with AC which comes on with a force of NASA aircraft being launched into space. And if you will keep it off, your children will suffocate in that little double bedroom with no wi down. I usually sleep very well while at the beach but this unit resonated negatively with our family in that regard.

Location was perfect. Plenty of wildlife ( Turtle, gator, various birds) on the property. We like our efficiency that was locate on the end of the building. The ladies at the front desk are always very friendly. Price was very reasonable and we didn't have to pay a cleaning fee,

The property is dated some but it was clean. The pool was closed on one of the nights that we planned to use it. One family was playing some loud music at the pool.

Easy to locate the property and check in was fast. Front office personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and lot of towels and supplies provided.

The hot water in the shower was off and on during my showers (never ice cold but not always hot). The toilet seat would not stay up when you lifted it.

Convenient location - Very clean - Shower/Tub water pressure was exceptional - Liked the "shutter-like" wood slats covering the air conditioner units for a nicer cleaner look to the outside of the buildings

The mattress was a bit too stiff, but despite that we slept OK.

Loved the grounds, the pools and the condo. Loved the location access to the beach and food and shopping. Loved the free shuttles and friendly folks.

Dated electronics. Wifi but no streaming capabilities. Wifi was spotty and irregular.

We were able to check in at the desk up the hill to pick up the keys because we arrived late that evening and it was very smooth and the people were nice.

There were wasps in the unit. I think they should really consider updating the units.
