Clean, and just 10 minutes' drive from the airport. Check-in and check-out by quite friendly staff who showed personality Room was very large and well-equipped, nice coffee-maker. They arranged an Uber for us to get to the airport as we were leaving before their shuttle started.

No soap in the bathroom - only a dispenser in the shower. Luggage trolleys rather small and still hard-to-handle.

The bed was high, which seems that's the way with the higher rated hotel these days. Since I am under 5', it makes it a challenge just to leap in bed. Not in just this hotel, it seems to be trending to the taller people in all of the newer ones. There are showers installed with the controls to switch to another hand held shower, put too high for a shorter person! I was booked in a disability room cause I have problems with walking and getting in a bathtub could be a hazard for me. I couldn't help but wonder how a person in a wheelchair could manage it.

Near airport, hotel is responsive with enquiries, arranged transport for late arrivals to hotel, clean comfortable room. Checkin was very pleasant with Neil at front desk. He bothered to ask if I have a membership and applied late check out for me.

No bottled water, caught a crawlie in my room, coffee maker had stale water and residue,

Flexibility of staff to meet our unusual needs, mainly a very early shuttle to the airport (0500) and extra free parking (3days) during our 11-day trip!!

Great water pressure! There’s nothing worse than traveling and not being able to take a good shower. It truly was the highlight of my stay. Breakfast was good too!

Interstate noise and a price was too high for what you get.

Staff was friendly and the facility was well lit, comfortable, and quiet. Room was clean comfortable and well apointed. all in room services worked well. Hot water clean towels and a comfortable rest.

I don't eat pork, and I avoid high carb breakfast options. Not many options on the table here... room for improvement. Turkey or beef sausage in collogen cassings (or) patties, egg and cheese omlets and a salsa or sour cream topping, could be a great start.

Staff goes the long mile. Arrived in last flight at midnigth and called front desk for shuttle. It had stopped running but they got me an uber on them. Cheerful staff all the time. I always choose holiday inn express because they are clean, comfortable and convenient. Good value for money.

Ran out of some of the hot breakfast items an hour after breakfast started. Ran out of all hot items 45 minutes before breakfast ended. The family members that showered while the others ate, didn't have any hot items. Very disappointing.

Hallways, common areas not clean as they should be. Carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in a couple of days.

I have just left after an impromptu stay bought about by Hurricane Ian and I can honestly say every single person I met working there made a rubbish situation better… from the check in late at night giving me a toothbrush and toothpaste to the lady getting me an Uber to the airport just now as I left… Thank you!! The bed was comfy, the room was clean etc but the people made it brilliant!!!!
