The location was good since it was close to the Amica Pavillion. The room & overall hotel was quiet. The staff was friendly. I like that I could park in an isolated/controlled entry lot very close to the hotel.

The 1st floor hallway near the pool smelled like cigarette smoke! I would have liked to be able to check in sooner than the listed time. I went to the casino and was disappointed that most of it allowed smoking, also the choice of machines was poor.

The convince to the casino, room was very spacious, disability bathroom and shower were wonderful.

The distance we had to walk for a disablity room, the hight of the bed was not easy I'm only 4' 10" and I have very bad knees and back , getting into the bed was a struggle . Suggestion to maybe have step stool of some kind would work. The convince to casino was nice but we could only get to non smoking by walking through the smoking section unless you walked or drove outside around the building.

Friendly service. Very comfortable bed. Nice looking lobby. Plenty of parking. My wife enjoyed the spa, which is adjacent to the hotel.

No microwave in the rooms, so our leftovers from going out to eat had to be thrown away. It's strange that budget motels have microwaves, but more costly hotels don't. The view out of our window looked out onto a bland building, nothing but beige concrete. The pool was closed down for some reason. They were doing construction, which is forgivable, but was inconvenient because we had to walk outside to get to the restaurants that are in the casino, which by the way is a smoking environment and was uncomfortable for us non-smokers. Lastly, check-in is at 4PM, when virtually every other hotel's check-in is at 3 PM, so we had to kill time before being allowed up. And, of course, the booking gave one price but with fees and whatnot the price went up drastically.

I love the room decor and the staff was very friendly and helpful! It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast and coffee in the lobby. Also, it wasn't clearly marked as to where hotel entrance door was and where the hotel guest parking was.

Everything as far as the hotel side. The bed and pillows are so comfortable!

The overwhelming smell of smoke you have to deal with to get to the restaurants. There needs to be a separate way for guests to avoid that. We had to move our room due to the excessive amount of noice coming from our neighbors. There’s no microwaves in the rooms or in the entire building. This hotel could be a 5 star if microwaves would be added and they added a few other upgrades. The spa is way overpriced!

Gina was the sweetest customer service representative. Very helpful gave best directions

1st ..At check in only 1 person working so the line was a little long but Gina got it moving as fast as she could with a smile on her face 2nd. I requested a king room I got a queen and when I open the curtains all I see is cameras maybe put a tint on the windows so we have a little privacy. 3...check out was a breeze young man was training with lady great job 👍

I was extremely disappointed with my alarm &media player after I showered &front desk called requested music loud&I was woken up twice 5th floor as there was a Block party on 5th floor &I made no complaint but, I responded accordingly and powered off cell phone.

don’t like the resort fee charge of around 30 bucks extra…it’s not a resort also don’t like if you check in earlier then 4:00, they charge you and extra/20 or 40 bucks…even if they available rooms. I asked if we check out earlier then 11:00, would we get some kind of refund…No

Modern, clean, safe parking, friendly staff, large casino with lots of slots. Fun casino to visit

No breakfast or dessert/ ice cream eateries available within the hotel or casino, only Dunkin’ The High Limit section of the casino was lacking more popular fun slot machines. It seemed a bit run down compared to the rest of the casino.

Room was comfortable, beds were nice. Housekeeping staff is so nice, cleans the room well. Front desk staff friendly as well.

Booked a king room, once we checked in they informed they no longer had rooms with king beds and gave us a double queen bed room. Would have liked to get the room we booked.
