They put the meaning of true hospitality back into the business. Ray went above and beyond to help us with 4 rooms for a family funeral when our 3rd party agency messed up. He spent a block of time answering phone calls and ensuring we would be provided for. He worked to put our rooms close together. All of the staff have been genuinely helpful! Best service ever in Monroeville!!!

Front desk staff great - friendly and welcoming. Surprising quiet next to highway.

Bathrooms were old and not fresh in any way. Dark stains, peeling wallpaper, dark rinds around fixtures, unclean corners. , did not fit rest of the experience. Had to move furniture to find outlet next to bed for chargers and cpap. Waffle maker at breakfast was old and slow. We gave up.

Room was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was bland, and they were out of stock of diet soda, and I drove elsewhere to get some. The hotel is on a side road off a very busy road, but there's no traffic light and making a left turn is difficult and dangerous.

Located close to the hospital where family member was. Room was cozy had fridge and microwave and great area for me to work.

Air conditioner made some noise and close to the turnpike but that was something we got used to.

Breakfast was limited but was good enough.

Some areas were under rapair and the materials were stacked up in the stairwell. The hallways had a distinct oder which I was able to tolerate. Not sure what it was but not a "clean" smell.

Close to turnpike and there was some traffic noise but used earplugs. Staff were great and room clean. Bed comfy and food was good.

While everything else was fantastic the room needs a makeover. The carpet and the little divider seemed old and not appealing.

This is my second stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. We stayed last summer as well. Will try and stay again next year. Very convenient area.

Elevator was slow and one time the doors got stuck and did not open. We had to call for help.
